Location excellent, property is poor in quality.

Location is excellent

Poor in quality, furniture was shabby, dirty and cheap. Kitchen utensils were a minimum, no spare bedsheets for the length of time we stayed - 15 days. Cleaning was superficial, beneath the layers it was quite dirty. Extremely noisy in the early mornings from 4-7am with deliveries - although noise is expected, it should be noted in the property description as it is very noisy.

Good location but terrible property

Location was the only good thing

We arrived at our scheduled check in time and we weren’t allowed in since they weren’t done cleaning so we waited another hour and a half. Aside from that the apartment was extremely dirty. It looked nothing like the pictures on the listing, especially the bathroom. The bathroom in the listing is nothing like the one in the unit it’s terrible. The water wouldn’t drain while showering. The twin bed was falling apart and the sheets were stained. The support legs for the bed were all bent inwards, im surprised it didn’t fall apart while sleeping on it. When we were getting ready to sleep on the sofa bed we noticed that the mattress was filthy and covered in stains. I don’t think they’ve ever cleaned it. The sheets were all dirty as well. We ended up using our clean shirts as the pillow covers. The A/C barely worked my parents would wake up at 2 am drenched in sweat. My family and I will definitely never be coming back.

The position of the apartament, it's in the middle of the center

Our apartament looks nothing like the pictures we saw here in booking. There was not enough space for 5 people and because of that the house was difficult to keep clean. On top of everything my group was robbed twice and more than 1000€ went missing. The support only told us that the cameras weren't working, gave us the logs of the people that enterded our apartament and told to go the police, we expeted more help like cheking the cleaning staff, who have free acces at the apartaments, and at this point we suspect that maybe there was a collaboration of some type between the robbers and the company of the flat (after that we noticed that the cameras were on, the opposite of what the support said). Overall, except the good position we don't reccomend this apartament

Great place to stay in the center of Málaga, to see all the important spots.

We love the location in the center, just in the opposite of the market, so we could experience all the atmosphere, any place we chose to see, it was just 10-15 min or less to walk, place was nice, tidy and clean, everything was prepared for us, communication absolutly perfect as our plane was delaeyed so we arrived after midnight, and needed to leave for early morning plane as well, all was clearly communicated via phone, WU and application.

We were not able to cut the noise from the street, even we closed everything, but for the lenght and purpose of our stay it mattered just a little.

Not the best. Wouldn’t recommend.

The main bed was comfortable and location was central, but with that comes a lot of noise. The staff were very helpful after a disaster first evening but these flats aren’t the best. The flat was clean but very dated.

Sadly, upon arrival I was left a set of keys in a lockbox - that didn’t work, leaving me without access on my first night - having to check into a hotel at my own expense. The problem was solved on the next day, and my first night was refunded but the flats are not great. Very tired and the location is directly above the loading bay for the markets, meaning the outside noise is unbearable through the night. Take ear plugs at the very least. If you want a cheap, very basic flat, these are OK. But there’s much nicer hotels for the same price. In quieter locations. I wouldn’t stay again. The bathroom is dated and the shower cubicle is tiny. Also the whole building smells of drainage. There’s a lot of air fresheners plugged in.

Perfect location. Had a issue with the AC the first night. Filter wasn’t changed. My wife slept in the floor because it was 88 in the apartment. They fixed it the next day.

Great location but a few things weren't as good as expected

Staff were so lovely and the location was amazing.

One of the beds was broken, the shower overflowed so had to run the water slowly. There was no way to shut the blinds, some plugs had tissue stuffed in them.

The flat was near to most amenities and attractions. It was clean and bright.

It was noisy at night due to street traffic and lorries making deliveries to the nearby market. Some things were broken - shelf on bathroom, drying rack, wardrobe door - and I think leaving a couple of complimentary coffee pods would’ve been nice.

Very clean and in a nice location. everything was clear and the communication was very friendly, quick and correct. The Appartement has everything.

A clean, modern, very basic apartment, fine for a few days, in a great location.

Great location on the edge of the historic centre and opposite an excellent food market. There are two very small balconies which were highly useful when a carnival passed under our window. The reception is close by and is open long hours. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Facilities are basic and it’s been cheaply furnished and provisioned eg there were two cups and two mugs(one badly cracked) for a two bedroom, four person apartment. In the second bedroom there were no shelves or drawers in the wardrobe or anywhere else to put clothes and only one bedside lamp for two beds. The hairdryer only blew cold and one of the three dining chair legs was damaged and unsafe to sit on. It was fine for a few days but would be very cramped if four people stayed there and wanted to do any cooking.
