Location was good and Interlaken OST was at 10 minutes walk.

Host was not communicating at all. Tissues were very limited and we purchased from outside

Lovely balcony, with views of the Swiss alps & less than 100metres from the body of water that connects the 2 lakes. Good air conditioning/heating. Good, quiet location, approx 1000m from Interlaken town centre. Good parking next to apartments. Good WiFi.

The kitchen area is NOT as the picture shows on the listing, it doesn’t have a microwave, it has a small portable oven which has seen better days. The toilet & basin in the bathroom are fine but the shower isn’t. It’s very small, has a dirty looking shower curtain, which sticks to you as you shower. You just don’t feel clean after showering. There is no TV. The front door feels like it can be pushed open when locked, doesn’t feel very secure at all.

The location is just 10 mins away from Interlaken Ost and the view is really nice. The apartment itself is really cozy.

There were some bundled up blankets in thr closets (not even folded) so we don‘t know if they were clean. When we arrived, there were no toilet paper and only two towels (we‘re a party of 4). No hand towels. There‘s also mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom.
