Super extended stay apartment set up ! Very good value for the money

The location and views were perfect as this hotel is 4 minutes from Morges st Jean west train station . No breakfast however there is a convenient mart attached to hotel - but don't go in there if you speak English . The black haired witch that was behind the counter was rude and refused to even look at us - she refused to even attempt to speak English or even sign language ! Hotel was clean and the gentleman behind the desk was totally awesome and helpful

The apartment was spacious and the views were amazing.

Self contained unit was perfect for our needs. Across the square from the Interlaken West train station and alongside shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

The Stairs. Only access to our apartment was via stairs meaning all luggage had to be carried upstairs. While the vendor mentioned there would be stairs this apartment would not be ideal for older or unwell people. It was a major workout. The dining room chairs supplied were two chairs and two odd sized stools which were not suitable for long term use like sitting around the table for a game of cards for example.

Great location beautiful apartment be ideal for slightly larger kitchen facilities as were on ground floor with family.

Beautiful rooms, location was handy by train station and shops and lovely rooms.

Doors not as well insulated internally so noise could travel within apartment building. Would be good if slightly larger fridge and was powered on cool when arrived. Be great if little more of a kitchenette & a washing machine. Though the host did advise there was a washing service available for a fee.

Conveniently near train station

Location is superb, near Train station of Interlaken West, Supermarket, Shops are all within walking distance. For Muslim travellers, there are 1 Halal food which sells Kebab, etc.

Its a walk up apartment. Bathroom is so tiny. You cant stand for showering, you need to bathe in the bathtub squatting or sit.

We wouldn’t mind coming back again if we are not expecting huge and heavy luggages.

The design of the apartment was awesome but the posters in the room can be a yay or neh for people, depending on the region you are from. Overall, it was still a wonderful stay for us. The host was extremely helpful to answer some of our questions with wifi etc quite promptly. Location is super good as well. Right across the train station and next to Migros supermarket.

I wished I knew much earlier that the apartment is located on the top floor of the building - 4F and there is no lift. Washer also has no dryer function and no detergent was provided. Guess they didn’t expect anyone to use it. The bathroom is extremely narrow and definitely not recommended for people who are big sized. There’s also no blinds or curtains in the apartment so we have to get dressed at one corner of the room where it will not be seen from the outside.

The location is superb, only 2 minutes walk to the train station and main bus stops. Restaurants and Supermarkets are around the corner.

There was no real shower, you have to sit in the bathtub.

Good Property but changes are required if it is used by family.

Property is good size for family, light and airy. It is sustainably furnished. The location is advantage and disadvantage at the same time. The beds are comfortable. Overall it was relaxed stay during day time.

The property is close to pubs, restaurants and main street. In the night, it was very loud so could not keep windows open. Due to hot whether nights were uncomfortable and noisy. The curtains are very flimsy and do not block view in the night from outside when lights are switched on. Property did not have proper kitchen and door to bathroom with shower was not there. That we found very strange. If property is to be used by family with kids, few changes should be done

Nice apartment within 3 mins walk from Interlaken West station, lots of shops and restaurants around. Great location.

Not all bedroom windows have blinds so it was a bit difficult to sleep as there is a lot of bright light from the street throughout the night. For long stays e.g 5-6 nights and more, it would be good to have spare garbage bags, tissues, cleaning broom/ dusters etc.

Apartment needs darker curtains as too much of sunlight comes in the morning. Washrooms need new flooring and good upkeep is required. Furniture needs a change.

Great location, comfy bed and living room

I booked 1-bedroom apartment on 4th floor but got upgraded to 2-bedroom apartment with 1 living room on the 1st floor (Veranda Suite) which is better as I didn't have to carry my luggage to the top floor :) Everything was perfect and clean. The owner provides microwave, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, electric boiler, as well as necessary utensils so you can cook something easy. The bed and pillow is really comfy. Migros (the big one) is located next to the apartment. Interlaken West station is just 1 minute walking. The scenery around the apartment is just lovely.

No door for the master bedroom and bathroom, only suitable for the couple. The chandelier in the living room is a bit noisy when someone walks on the 2nd floor. The curtain is translucent.

Super luxurious apartment in a great location with great amenities.

The apartment has views from every window. The bedrooms are almost identical in size with super luxurious linens. It was beautifully designed with all the conveniences, hairdryer, washing machine, Nespresso machine and even some washing detergent. I'd definitely stay again!

The only thing to take note of is taking your suitcase up the flights of stairs. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

Excellent location and beautifully decorated rooms

One minute away from Interlaken West so it’s very easy to reach the towns around. We were curious if it would be noisy but it turned out not at all. The entire town was quiet and relaxing. The address was easy to find with clear instructions, just look for the main entrance, not the door behind the fence. The apartment itself was much spacious than we expected. It was clean and tidy, with all facilities we needed. The water was hot enough and it had all the kitchenwares. (The cutlery looked like vintage and I loved them.) The heaters took a while to wake up but it was powerful. The rooms were beautiful exactly as in the pictures. We could see snow mountains through all windows, including the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and there were enough towels for our stay. The oven and the microwave oven both worked well. With the big supermarket downstairs we found it easy to fix a breakfast and a dinner when we didn’t feel like dining out. Speaking of which, there is a very good recommendation of the places to eat in the folders on the table.

The ceilings were a bit low in the bedrooms because it was the top floor but it was not a huge issue. Just be careful not to hit your head. It would be perfect if we could have some kitchen paper rolls or a sponge at hand to do dishes. Our apartment was on 4th floor so it was not the most friendly to people with a lot of luggages but that was made very clear when we booked it so no surprise. Overall there were no big problems.
