Excellent stay! The villa is very close to Interlaken station with easy access to everything. Migros supermarket is nearby which was very convenient. The villa was very clean and well-maintained. We were travelling with an infant and the host was kind enough to give us early access to the keys before check-in as an exception. Highly recommended!
Everything was good, just one small feedback - the washroom lights were making a buzzing noise.

It had everything we need. Super convenient location. 2mis walk to train station. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants around
Staff was not that responsive. But we were provided with everything needed.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well-maintained. Everything we needed was available, and overall we had a comfortable stay. 😊
The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift, which made carrying heavy luggage difficult. We even damaged our suitcase while taking it upstairs. There was only one mirror in the bathroom, which was inconvenient for a group. Also, the building had almost no lighting at night, so we had to use our phone flash to get around.

Location is nice.
The property has black mould which is harmful to health. And it is not on one spot but the whole shower area is filled with it.
