Good location but very basic

Only plus point was the location, very close to Interlaken west station, and close to many shops.

Ah, so many things. 1) as soon as you enter, the smell of mosquito spray welcomes you. 2) Bathroom sensor light turns off every 20 secs, you need to wave to make it on again. 3) No bin in the room, no slippers 4) Torn bedsheets 5) You could hear people talking in other rooms. 6) Communication with owner was strictly limited. Only basic checkin/checkout instructions sent, besides that no question answered.

I absolutely do not recommend this apartment! I paid a ridiculous amount of money for a place that was honestly disgusting. Dirty, poorly maintained, and the heating didn’t even work — in Switzerland, where it’s freezing! The photos online are completely misleading; nothing looks like what you actually get. I felt completely scammed. One of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs!

location wise very good but unresponsive staff/owner poor, broken door lock, no heater for the cold weather, bedding

near the train and bus station, with wifi, owner/staff allowed us to leave our luggages

the staff not responding for all my 10xcalls and text messsages. we are a group of 6 persons and there is only 1 toilet and bath for everyone. no heater for a cold temperature weather. pillows with smell of perspiration from other guests. door lock of toilet broken. lights in the toilet busted

Good location, 4 minutes walk from station and shops. Quite street. Clean room, bathroom and kitchen with all the utensils and amenities needed.

Really old duvet cover with broken zip. It was clean but so old, they should definitely change it. When you pay that much for a room, I would definitely expect a presentable duvet cover at least. Also There’s a closed door in between our apartment and the next one on the same level. The sound proofing was so bad because of that. My 4 years old woke up 6 am in the morning both days due to the noise from the other apartment( they went out super early in the morning and very loud as well). But if it was a wall not that door, I am sure the noise would be muffled and he won’t wake up.

Location was the best part of staying at this property. Everything else was not good.

House smelled moldy even though there seemed to be an attempt to clean it before arrival. Utensils were sparse...no spatula. Cabinets and shelves were dirty. No place to dump trash once full. Texted property owners about this but no response. Set trash out in the common hall. Somebody threw it away but not sure who or where. Bed sheets were worn with holes in them. Only one room had a fan in it. No cover panel on the flush buttons above the toilets. This place was NOT clean, did not smell clean, and did not look clean.

Plenty of room, close to train and all shops including choice of supermarkets, walking distance to Ost. Easy to get into. Quiet wee spot with good views Enjoyed the on the lake experience, buy your ticket on the boat includes both lakes if you have the time. A must do ui the St Beatus caves.

No plugs in any sinks, dishwasher disabled, can't get into freezer, mattress uncomfortable, mould in bathroom, electrical plugs unsafe in that they are loose. Could do with more coffee cups and cooking utensils.

Location is close to the west train station.

DO NOT BOOK THIS, IF YOU WANT PEACEFUL STAY !! Any self checkin details were not shared in advance. So it was expected that someone will be at the property to handover the keys to the guests, which was actually not the case. The caretaker/owner was very aggressive, disrespectful, threatening and not ready to listen. My family suffered immense stress and trauma. The room was very small and nothing close to what was shown while booking. There are partion doors to the neighbouring flat and will hear noises from the common door.

Location House was clean and met our expectations. We liked almost every aspect of our stay.The house is in a very good residential area in Interlaken.Quiet area.Well connected to all major roads.Migrows supermarket in walking distance. Journey to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and other major attractions nearby is easy from here.

In the kitchen, water flows down from slab to floor , when washing vessels.Please take care of that, as someone might slip and fall

The heater did not work properly so it's a bit cold and it's on the upper floor with no elevator. I had a bit hard time going up.

Perfect location, good appartment but disappointing staffs

We love the location because it is so close to the station, just 2 mins walk and you are at Interlaken West station. It is also close to the supermarket, shops, restaurants and many other attractions. We love the location. It is also walking distance to Ost. The area of the appartment is very quiet and peaceful.

The staff is really disappointing, it’s so complicated to communicate with them. We messaged them many times about our important concerns, but they weren’t answering our phone calls and messages. The room is a lil dirty, full of dust. There are some insects too.

Beautiful location near interlaken west station

Location of the villa within 100 meters from interlaken west train, bus, boat station, malls, supermarkets, and halal restaurants. Size of the villa was huge. Good view from all windows, overall amazing location.

Only one toilet was small. No washing machine, no dishwasher, no daily cleaning or towel change.

Horrible and complete waste of money.

Pictures on the booking site indicate this to be an apartment but it is actually an attic. You have to climb 4 floors including narrow and steep stairs to attic. Once inside you cannot stand straight due to low attic roof. Place is full of cockroaches and spider webs. There are no beds just 4 single twin camping like cots. Pillows are makeshift thing. Owner is rude and hangs up on you when you try to talk about the property not matching the booking description.
