Easy walking distance from Interlaken West,supermarket and restaurants. Well equiped and spacious.
Floor needs a good clean up.Looks like it is vaccumed but not mopped. Range hood canopy is a hazard as you keep hitting your head while cooking.Bed on first room(floor level) is noisy , squeaky.Disturbs the others with every twist and turn. There was no hot water on one morning.No immediate fix and no compensation for that.We love to have a shower every morning unlike the Swiss. Was fixed later in the day.

The location was good and the apartment was spacious.
The place didn’t match the pictures in the add. I understand this is a business but this place is entirely geared towards profit with no consideration for customer service or guest experience. There are adds explaining even how to urinate correctly per the house rules. The hosts expect guests to wash, dry and put away dishes but you have to do it during your sleep since checkout time is 10 am (and check-in is at 5pm). Value for money isn’t right, there are virtually no amenities such as shower gel or sugar.
