Interlaken City Apartments

The hosts were SO lovely, and so was the lady we interacted with completing house keeping duties. The location was fantastic, close to two train stations, a river & the town. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed to have a homely & safe stay while in Interlaken! The apartment we stayed in had a huge master bedroom and a small patio to have breakfast on each morning which I adored.

Not a single thing I can list in the ‘didn’t like’ section.

The apartment was nice, spacious, and overall comfortable. We are a family of five, and the apartment had enough space for us. The location was very convenient, close to the metro station, with plenty of good restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and other facilities nearby. The Wash & Go laundry service was also just down the road, approximately a two-minute walk away. The apartment is located on the first floor. The host was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Overall, everything else was good, and we enjoyed our stay.

The lighting in the apartment was extremely dim, making the apartment feel quite dark. The owner should consider upgrading the lighting. The toilet and shower are combined, so the bathroom floor gets wet and slippery after showering. Providing a floor mat would make it safer.

There was no coffeemashine and no bodysoap in the bathroom

Good proximity to Interlaken West station, decent sized rooms, fully equipped kitchen with utensils and basic cooking items

Lighting inside the rooms and bathroom were inadequate and could have been better.
