Nice apartment, central to everthing. Very clean and spacious.

Location was central to everything. It was also very clean and well kept.

Great place

Quiet place, warm, with necessary appliances for a short family stay. Interlaken is not a metropola so shops and restaurants are near by. It was clean, easy to get in, comfortable beds, with no restrictions on heating, convenient luggage room in case you want to walk around after check out. In short, for our ski weekend in Grindelwald and Meiringen, we liked it, and we will come back if we have the chance.

Very cozy and nice. Water is strong for shower. Instructions are very clear

A bit dark. No lights at the stair well and front door. Internet is slow. Initially it wasnt working but we were given a replacement wifi connection. Its better but still not optimal

A peaceful, enjoyable and comfortable stay in the heart of Interlaken.

A beautiful and cosy apartment. Its really a “Home away from home”. Most of the things that we need for our stay was provided. Located in a quiet and peaceful street but very close to shops/ cafes/ restaurants and supermarkets and convenience stores. Interlaken West train station is just about 10 mins walk away. View of the mountains from the balcony was just awesome! We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay! We will surely want to return to stay here when visiting Interlaken again. Our stay here was as memorable as visiting Switzerland itself.

Had difficulty with the key-safe. Perhaps a bigger key- safe to easily store the key would be great. It will also be helpful if there is a clothes washing machine in the apartment.

Very comfy place to stay

We stayed 4 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Full kitchen facility, good location while quiet at night. 👍Free parking was also nice . Most of all, host was very friendly and kind via e-mail communications.

Wifi was a bit slow but that maybe because 4 of us were using wifi at the same time at night. There was a severe urine smell in the shower room when we arrived. We had to wash out the shower curtain and shower floor ourselves. Hope it doesn't happen again in future.

Quite spacious and close to train station. Few extension cord provided, convenient.

There's some smell at foyer when we entered the room, unsure was it the room scent or something else. Overall stay was pleasant.

Excellent location. Only a few minutes from the centre of the town. The apartment was very spacious. Plenty of TV channels on offer. Having parking was a plus.

Great stay in Interlaken for family

Good, quiet location, a few minutes walk to the central street. The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms, living room and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking garage was very convenient.

No shower gel and shampoos in the bathroom. Only one toilet.

It’s ok if no other choices.

Spacious. It has a little kitchen and a big table for dining. It has two fans. It saved my life since outside was 35C (95F), no air conditioner.

My apartment is on the third floor, no elevator. Towels are supposed to be white but now color grey. Sheets not good quality. Mattresses has no edges support, and I fall once. No ventilation in bathroom. Only one little sink in bathroom, so we have to brush teeth in kitchen. Toilet inside the little bathroom, so you can not go to bathroom if someone taking shower.

Really well located apartment perfect for our family of 3 (there is room for 4) with 2 great sized bedrooms. Great additions such as smart TV and lots of info on different activities. Clean and well presented.

Could benefit from having a little bit more crockery/cutlery e.g serving dishes to make it easier to cook a meal in, but not a big point.

Good apartment close to town centre and train stations

Good location between the two train stations. Near to shops, restaurants etc Easy to enter and were able to check in early (just after 12) as property was ready. Comfortable beds.

No washing machine (22 CHF to have a wash and dry at Laundrette) Only a small sofa, so not enough comfortable seating for four people.

We had a disappointing stay at this apartment and wouldn’t recommend it to others. 1. Incredibly Rigid and Rude Host: Check-in was only allowed after 5 PM and check-out was strictly by 10 AM — which is already unusually tight for an apartment stay. But what was truly unacceptable was the host’s behavior. At exactly 10 AM, the manager started banging on the door while we were still gathering our things. When we politely asked for just 10 more minutes to wrap up, she flat-out refused and spoke rudely. It felt extremely hostile and unwelcoming, especially after spending good money on the stay. 2. Lack of Response on Listed Amenities: The listing mentioned that toiletries would be provided, but there were none when we arrived. We sent a message asking about it and received no response at all — not even an acknowledgment. For a professionally managed apartment, the lack of basic communication was disappointing. 3. No Privacy Within the Apartment: Surprisingly, none of the rooms – including the bathroom – had functional locks. This was quite uncomfortable for a group traveling together, especially in a multi-room apartment. It felt like a major oversight for a space meant to host multiple guests. Poor professionalism and lack of basic comfort — not a stay I’d ever recommend.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment. Absolutely value for money for a family.

It was a perfect place for our 4-member family. Clean and neat rooms, and they have everything that you need to stay for couple of days. They provided olive oil, tea/coffee powders, sugar, salt etc. They even provided travel adapters (power sockets) in each room. All rooms were excellent, especially the living room. The balcony had an amazing view. The communications from the property was amazing. They even informed us about the location of the trash cans etc. 10/10 recommended for family.

There were noises from either the room up or from the terrace.

Good Apartment in a residential area

Very nice two bedroom apartment in a beautiful locality. Very quiet residential area. 10 -12 minutes walk to nearby restaurants and shops. One bus stop away from interlaken ost station. Living room sofa was big enough for an adult to sleep. All instructions about do's and donts was very clear. Definitely a good choice for families with kids/teens

No toiletries provided other than hand-wash...but that's not a big deal.

Home away from home. Communication was excellent. Apartment had everything you needed. So clean and neat and well set up. Very comfortable. Lovely view in the quote and calm. They also had a lovely kids room all geared up to receive children (children’s books and some toys which our kiddos really enjoyed!)

Only recommendation is to add block-out curtains to the kids room so they are able to sleep when the sun is still out

Superb

The views from the balcony and the kitchen in its island style was spectacular. The apartment is located right at the end of the street near the mountain, which is why it has such good views. Overall, it felt very homely and had a lovely decor.

It was in a very convenient location, had a parking spot, and was very clean. I loved the little touches like the books and kids toys. Our daughter loved the toy bin and books.
