Detailed directions and photos in accessing the property locations and keys. It was nice to have a teapot in the kitchen. It was warm during our stay and it helped having a fan in every room.

Good location, come with washing machine and kitchen.
They key to the main door is very difficult to open. A little noisy from the restaurant next-door.

Very central location with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Check in and check out process was easy to follow.

The place is located within the city. Facilities is comfortable apart from the toilet which is located downstairs.
Toilet is downstairs and when you need to use it at night is not comfortable.
Awful smell immediately when you enter the vicinity before you step on the stairs. I think no proper disposal of the garbage. Not good for the future guest to experience the odour. Needs to be clean properly and proper disposal of garbage.
