It was decent if theres 3 people only for a night i recommend it

The beds were nice and comfy and enough beds for 3 people

The internet was slow the kitchen was old the fridge has yellow stains and if you have luggage i dont recommend because you have to go like 10 stairs with luggage i dont suggest to make the mistake we did because we really struggled

location great, but the hotel experience is tiring and exhausting

location is the best

there is no elevators, I almost had heart attack as I bring all our big luggages up in the top floor. no assistance provided. this is good for back packers not family with big luggages. very unsafe for your back

Good value for money

We were upgraded from an apartment with stairs to a room in the hotel with a renovated bathroom. It was comfortable and clean and in a great location.

We would have liked a small fridge in the room, though the did provide access to a shared mini fridge off reception.

Easy walking distance from Interlaken West train station

Photos don’t show this is above a restaurant so it can be quite noisy. We booked and paid for five people but only had four beds and had to pay for extra mattress. There were only 3 chairs, not enough plates, cups, cutlery for all the guests.

The place is near train and bus station, easy to access. It has a small kitchen which is equipped with a fridge with small freezer compartment, oven, hob, microwave, water kettle and toaster. The room is not that small as mentioned in other review, it is acceptable to accommodate a family of 4. The family room on the 4th floor has a double bed and 2 single beds.

The room was not cleaned satisfactorily and I could see dust around windows and in the filter of metal hood. The sides of the shower tray was moulded. The hot / warm water of the shower was not very stable.

Need honest update from them

This is not central beauty apartment. If you look from "google" its different. Dont expect too much, basicly this is apartment run by toscana, no elevator. Dont take if you have lot of luggage, but for backpacker ok. And they will charge you for a small space parking again.

Avoid this place if you can .

The location was great.

The hole place needs a renovation, everything is dated and barely works . We booked for 5 and only got for beds the room is tiny, even for 3 let alone 5 And I slept on the bottom bunk, which is full of bedbugs , I have at least 25 to 30 bits .

Location in the centre of town

It was sold for 5 people, but absolutely too small. Furniture and equipment is old and to used. Not enough chairs, plates, glasses…Its under the roof apartment but without aircondition (only fen) and very hot in the middle of June.

Great option if not to pay attention to small inconveniences

Great location and view. Nice beds

Bathroom area needs renovation and modernization. It’s simply impossible to take a shower without making the floor wet and there is no mop to wipe it. Organizing self checkin would be great, the checkin at the hotel is not so convenient

The location is really great and central to everything

Nothing else is good about it. Dirty apartment, broken windows, smelled odd and not ventilated. We were given another apartment from what was booked. The area / lane is very shady and gives very weird vibes. And extremely low on value for money. Wouldnt recommend!

Only Location, close walk to Interlaken West Station, Indian restaurant just below the building, Coop supermarket 1min walk, Paragliding Landing Park View from 4th floor window, 15 min walk to Interlaken Ost, while bus station just at the entrance of building, cooking ware was very good

The apartment was so small, I couldn't imagine that they reserved it for our family of 5 (with 3 kids), 4th Floor no lift, and not even porter to help, very difficult to manage within limited space, it is ideal for 2 persons only

The price we paid for the stay didn't worst the money.

The location of the apartment was great and the view really nice.

The apartment was dirty at our arrival and after telling the owner he has sent someone to re do the cleaning. We have booked for 2 adults and 3 kids but there was only bedding for 4 people. The owner has tried to explain to us that 2 bunk beds actually mean one bunk bed. At the end they had provided a mattress for my youngest kid.

If the rates could be lower and facilities in the apartment better, then would have been good.

Location is really nice. Reception services were excellent. We paid almost Euro 350 per day, stayed three nights, however, the facilities in the apartment were not of that standard. I reported some of the problems, others I just ignored, as already informed were also not attended to.

Pleasant

The view from the Apartment was nice. Space is less, bathroom was not properly cleaned. Microwave was provided, kept in one of the drawers but there was no place to put it and use it.

nothing. specially the staff, I was like not staying in Switzerland it was like staying in china, no cleaning no extra fan, very small, noisy, small bathroom, 3 days no cleaning, attitude was very bad
