الشقة مجهزة بالكامل وفي موقع ممتاز والتعامل جدا راقي

性价比很高，两室一厅，位置方便，离西站和超市都很近，员工非常nice，环境也很好

1.如果有洗衣机就更好了，瑞士洗衣店太贵了 2.双层床住成年人还是有点局促，如果能换成两张twin beds就更好了

The property is very clean and close to attractions.

Location near by the interlaken west train station 9 minutes walking if you have a large luggage you need a taxi the taxi or the Uber will take 25 CHF which is high amount. The owner was supportive in time of checkout

- the apartment needs maintenance like the bathroom door it won’t close you always need help of your friend to close it. There is a bad food smell since we entered the apartment till we left. We were 4 adults one or us was over weight and there was only king bed and two bunk beds which is impossible to use for the adults. The overweight lady slept on the sofa. Neither the bed nor the sofa were comfortable we all left with back pain :( the apartment needs maintenance and more facilities like even when we entered it was not clean we call the owner and he came and clean it but still the strong smell of the food is there!!! In the beginning the owner was very nice but when we criticized the apartment he kicked us out after we paid our money to booking but we refuse and we told him he need to find us alternative place it wasn’t a comfortable experience for us
