Perfectly convenient location

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel genuinely welcomed, with a level of warmth and attentiveness that truly elevated the experience. Every request we had was handled seamlessly — from using the laundry facilities to cooking our own meals — everything was thoughtfully supported, making the stay feel effortless and comfortable. The house itself was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with delightful little treats that added an extra touch of care and sophistication. Having a dedicated parking space was incredibly convenient, especially for travelers with a car. The location is another standout feature. A Lidl supermarket is just nearby, making grocery shopping easy whenever we returned home. Interlaken West Station is only a 5–10 minute walk away, and along the way there’s a lovely playground where our child could enjoy some time outdoors — a perfect balance of practicality and family-friendly charm. There is honestly nothing we didn’t like during our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a truly gracious host

Check-in was relatively easy and the location is ok for Interlaken, but it not quite central.

I booked this apartment because of its very high rating (9.2/10), but the actual living conditions were far below expectations for the price (CHF 600). The apartment is overcrowded with too many beds (can live up to 9 people), which leaves very limited and uncomfortable living space. Bedding and towels were old and worn — towels were dark-coloured, stiff, and unpleasant to use, and quilt and pillow cases looked dated and heavily used. There were safety concerns, including awkwardly installed lighting in the living room (I hit my head multiple times) and many exposed extension cables and plugs. The door lock had no instructions, which resulted in us accidentally leaving the apartment unlocked when stepping out. There is no TV, and the internet was slow and unstable, which made the evenings particularly uncomfortable. When I raised these concerns after the stay, the host’s response was confrontational and dismissive rather than professional, focusing on challenging the complaint instead of addressing the issues raised.

It was a convenient location and quiet area. We were next door to a food store. We had everything we needed. Very good communication. Great to be near buses and walk to Interlaken West train station easily.

Location, Location, Location. Right in the middle of Interlaken West and Ost stations. Right next to Lidl grocery store. Spacious apartment. Plenty of Free condiments and drinks. Extremely good value for the price paid.

It's a lovely and comfy home. It's clean and well equipped with everything you need. Overall experience is nice. The host, Carlo, is very helpful and kind. He is very responsive.

Spacious clean apartment, it has everything we need during our stay. Feels like home. Huge thanks to Carlo the owner, he was very helpful from the beginning of my booking and during our stay. He even allowed us for early check in and late check out. There is a big supermarket beside the apartment and we were able to cook our breakfast and nice dinner. 🤗

A comfortable apartment with good access to a supermarket

Hanna Apartment is well suited to families- the beds are comfortable and it is very conveniently located next to a very large supermarket if you want to self-cater.

It would have been nice to have an oven, but otherwise it is very well appointed.

Great location with lots of space and the host was very friendly!

Location is great. Easy access to bus/train. Grocery store right next to the property. Apartment is huge. Kitchen is nice. Host provided cooking oil and spices which is very thoughtful.

The beds are not very comfortable. Bedding sheets and pillows could be better. Better quality of bathroom products will make people feel happier.

Everything was great. Close to supermarket

The place was very convenient and perfect for our group. It has a fully equipped kitchen where you can really cook, plus private parking. Public transport is also easy with a bus stop nearby, and the property is located right next to a large Lidl supermarket which was super convenient. The host was very kind and always checked in to make sure everything went well during our stay. Honestly, we didn’t find any downside — everything was great. Highly recommended! ✨

Perfect Base for Exploring Interlaken & Jungfrau Region

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, it’s in an excellent location if you're planning to explore the Interlaken and Jungfrau region. Both Interlaken West and Ost stations are easily accessible by bus or on foot, making public transport super convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the reserved parking spot was a big plus for our rental car. Special thanks to Carlo, the host, who was extremely hospitable throughout our visit. His warm welcome and helpfulness truly made the experience even better. This will definitely be my go-to place every time I visit the region in the future!

Look elsewhere

Owner made assumptions about us and treated us poorly. Could not believe how rude he was. Ruined our stay in interlaken. Unit is clean, decent location, washing machine is useful, but spartan and does not feel homey. No AC, no drier for clothes, no oven, and instead of towels they provide sandpaper that is likely too rough to use in furniture making.

Very spacious rooms, plenty of space in rooms and living area. Great kitchen and dining. Absolutely amazing view from the balcony and kitchen. Great location near lidl & bus stop and 15 mins walk from Interlaken west station. Giving 9 and not 10 because there was a foul smell at the entrance, probably from the janitor closet. But overall an amazing stay, kids enjoyed it the most.

Carlo’s apartment is very spacious and clean, and it comes with a parking spot which is good for travellers who drive around Switzerland. Carlo has been a super host and responded to our queries promptly. The check-in procedures and instructions are very clear and it has not been a problem to find the location of the apartment. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. There is a supermarket nearby. We were very delighted to be able to cook some rice (before our trip, we asked Carlo if he could provide us with a rice cooker, he said he had recently bought one!)

We were not very used to the types of pillows provided. Carlo tried his best to make some suggestions in catering for our needs. However, it was quite late and he was at work, so he could not come to bring other pillows.

A lovely, family-friendly stay — we extended our stay!

This apartment was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. It had a lovely private garden with a swing for kids, which added a special touch for our family. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we needed, from utensils to appliances, and plenty of useful amenities. Check-in instructions and procedure were among the easiest and smoothest we've experienced on our trip. Parking was perfect — right in front of the apartment with easy access in and out. The location was peaceful and pleasant, with a supermarket right across the street, and just a short walk to Höhematte Park. We even enjoyed watching the paragliders landing nearby in this Park — a unique and beautiful view from the apartment! We loved it so much that we extended our stay by an extra night. Special thanks to the host, he was very friendly and helpful — Even after checkout, we realized we had forgotten something, he kindly searched for it and met us the next day to return it in person. Truly appreciated! Recommended for a family-friendly stay.

Great apartment and host

The apartment is very spacious with neat and clean rooms. The beds are comfortable. Everything is thought through in terms of making the stay comfortable like washing machine, dishwasher and even international sockets in every room. The kitchen has literally everything to cook a proper meal. Supermarket and bus stops are next door that comes in handy. Carlo is a great host, proactive and responsive. He was in constant touch and provided lot of good recommendations. He was kind enough to provide us late check-out as well.

It is 10-12 mins walk from Interlaken West station. Although the roads are flat but it may not be easy to walk with the luggage. So consider taking bus 104 but you'll have to pay for the tickets as free visitor pass is given only after check-in.

Superb place and fabulous host!

This place was excellent! Not only was everything accurately pictured, but the place was spotless, well equipped to cook meals, sleep my entire family comfortably, close to town, AND the host, Carlo, was a huge bonus!! Carlo went out of his way to make sure we felt welcomed, were comfortable, had everything we needed and gave us free bus tickets, info on places to go and a special welcome gift. I've never had such an attentive, friendly and wonderful host in all of the places I've stayed. Highly recommend this place!

The host, Carlo, was very nice. He gave very clear instructions how to find an apartment and where to park. When we arrived, he welcomed us and surprisingly brought some drinks and snacks for the kids. During our stay, he was asking if everything is ok. I really liked it. I traveled with my family and kids and therefore the safety was priority for me, which I assured during our stay. All the items were clean and ready when we arrived.

Very nice and comfortable stay like your own house

Host is a really nice person. He provided us all the details that were required for checkin or places to visit. Location of house is also great. Next to apartment, you have lidl supermarket and back side of apartment is main centre of interlaken. From the kitchen you can have view of Harder Kulm which is great.
