Centrally located to the amenities of town with the added benefit of being alongside a beautiful blue river with mountain views! The property is accurately described as historic - our group appreciated this detail and felt quite lucky to stay in a building that likely has many stories to tell.
Host was very responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay.
Neighbor on the floor above us weren’t appreciative of our late night laughter. We weren’t trying to cause a ruckus and, honestly, didn’t think we were that loud - the required 10pm quiet time is too early for friends meeting up after not seeing each other for a long time.

Close about 5 minute walk to the Interlaken West station .
We stayed for 5 days but not once the cleaning was by provided by the property staff.

Fantastic stay in a wonderful location. Easy access to the river and local amenities. Safe, comfortable, spacious. Great to have a kitchenette. We had a few meals sat by the river, fabulous.
As ground floor we occasionally had other guests sitting right outside our window but we did have net curtain for privacy.

And the host was helpful. Quick responses and easy checkin .
The bed sheet did not look clean and had many small holes in different places.
The vessels had many marks . I would like clean bed sheets and vessels .
