Spacious apartment, great location!

No air con and no shutters on top apartment windows. There were blankets provided to cover windows, but to do this window needed to be shut to hold blanket in place therefore rooms got a little warm overnight while sleeping. No mirrors in bedrooms, small thing but if there are a few girls, there is a ‘queue’ for the mirror in the living area. There was a mirror in the bathroom, but the bathroom light would time out after 30 seconds so total darkness.

Laundry and trash bin at the basement. Lights can be upgraded to automatic detection.

Location Facilities

There is no lift for carrying the luggage to top floor. Laundry is shared in basement. It was hot so fans might not be sufficient to beat the heat.

The location was convenient with bars and supermarkets nearby. Coffee pods were provided for making coffee.

The bank beds were pretty narrow and the mattress had rigid springs. What was not pleasant was the bad ventilation - whenever the apartment next door would cook sth the whole studio would smell like it.

Davide (the host) is a very helpful and kind person, We had a minor issue with a broken thing, and he solved in a few hours, all the time infoming us and asking for permission to go inside the apartment in our absence for fixing the situation. The apartmet is well equiped and clean. The loaction is impresive, is in a suburb of interlaken (unterseen) wery quiet, but very close to the city ( you can go to the city centre on a walk in 10 min). Very well connected with interlaken west train station, and with a supermarket at 3 min on a walk. Without any doubt if I return to interlaken , or any friend wants to go there, I'll sure recomend Nimbuzzz apartments. it's a sure shot

The location is 7 min walk from Interlaken west station and there is a supermarket nearby. Very convenient. The hosts are very friendly and very helpful. They let us store our luggage in the hallway while spending the day outside.

This place was spacious and homey, lovely views from the windows. Bedrooms were large and nice, comfortable and clean apartment with useful facilities!

The stairs were narrow, making it difficult to carry our luggages up. Bathroom was spacious, but could be cleaner.

Location was excellent, the apartment was roomy, it was clean and the heated floor was very comforting.

Neighbours were a bit noisy when showering and walking. They accidentally left the exhaust fan on over night and the noise made it difficult to sleep but the host was contacted who contacted the neighbours and they switched it off the next day making for a pleasant second nights sleep.

CLEAN! Was great for a family of 6. Nice kitchen and great to have parking across the street. Host was helpful dealing with a last minute booking.

Just missing little things like dishwasher tablets and some utensils in the kitchen.

Location is good, the living room is good

The shower head, no curtain, very little supplies for toiletries,

15 min walk from Interlaken West station and near surrounding restaurants. One washer and one dryer in the basement with steep stairs.

1. When we first walked into the apartment, there was an extremely strong dog and piss smell. One member of our party had a serious allergic reaction (large rash covering his entire back) and several bug bites. 2. The booking.com description stated that this was a non-smoking property but the sign on the apartment when we arrived said that smoking was permitted. 3. Several furniture pieces are not properly assembled. There are screws falling off the bedside table legs and the chair legs are extremely wobbly. One of the beds fell apart in the middle of the night when one person sat on it. When the technician came, it was discovered that none of the screws on the bed were screwed in. 4. The paint on the walls flake off when we touch it. It is common knowledge that breathing paint fumes is a health hazard. 5. The tiles in the bathroom floor move and crack when stepped on. This is a fall hazard and shows improper construction. 6. Several plates and bowls are chipped and sharp. The non-stick pot is so scratched on the inside. We communicated these issues to the host, David, almost immediately after we checked in. He was extremely rude and dismissive of our concerns. First, he said he didn't believe us. Then, he asked us whether these issues are problems for us, and ended his message with "I dont know what you are looking for, what for compensation you are looking for after 6 hours being in the apartment, and instead of contacting us, as asking and requesting support for every issue possible, it is easier for you to complain and ask for a compensation?" We are experienced world travellers and have stayed in Switzerland for several weeks and never encountered such poor hospitality. We asked where the office was but never received a reply. When checking in, nobody checked our ID as is customary and they asked us to leave the city tax in cash on the table when we left (no receipt). 3rd floor rental with steep stairs, not accessible. Visitors beware!

Molto vicina alla stazione Interlaken West, c’è di tutto il corrente per un suggiorno lungo, la stanza era calda , la tv completa di canali di tutto il mondo , Chekin molto facile di fare . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Grazie

Excelente ubicación. Cocina bien equipada. Departamento super amplio. Anfitriones amables.

top lage, parkplatz vor der haustüre bzw. direkt gegenüber. restaurants auf beiden seiten 2 häuser weiter. bancomat 3 häuser weiter. am nächsten morgen keine 5 minuten entfernd 2 bäckereien. alles super

unterkunft ist etwas hellhörig. wenn andere mieter ankommen oder abreisen hört man sie gut auf der stiege bzw. im oberen stock. allerdings nichts was absolut störend wäre.

Nimbuzzz es excelente lugar para hospedarse en Interlaken, se encuentra en una ubicación central. Para mí estadía quise descansar y cocinar algo más casero, por lo que me fue de mucha utilidad ya que cuenta con una cocina equipada con lo necesario para esto. Fueron muy claros en cuanto a las indicaciones para llegar y también muy autónomo. Totalmente recomendado.

Situación céntrica pero tranquila, sin ruidos. Cerca del río.

Apartamento (2 literas) con cocina antigua, con muy poco menaje. Baño también antiguo, sin ventilación. Cuando te sentabas en el sofá, se te clavaba los muelles de los cojines. A los colchones de las literas también se les notaban los muelles. Poca limpieza, se supone que no está incluida y si lo dejas sucio, te cobran un extra.

Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner dans l’établissement. L’emplacement était top et très joli

La décoration

Sin duda uno de los mejores alojamientos de la zona. Acogedor, limpio, con una ubicación excelente. Agradecer a Katja y David su disposición en todo momento. 100% recomendable!!

El lugar muy lindo, cerca de la estación, accesible, muy lindo barrio.

Todo estuvo impecable

Tem uma boa localização, a 9 minutos a pé da estação de Interlaken west. Possui uma cozinha equipada com o básico e você pode preparar sua própria refeição comprando os ingredientes no mercado Coop que é bem próximo. O proprietário forneceu o passe de transporte gratuito da região.

Não existe área para armazenamento de malas se você chegar antes do horário de check-in. Foi-nos indicado deixar no corredor do lado de fora do quarto, mas a porta externa do hall fica aberta o tempo todo e qualquer um pode ter acesso.

Rapidité de l'hébergeur face à un problème

Problème lors de la remise des clés, les clés n'étaient pas dans la boîte à clé Quelques équipements défectueux (verin de la porte haut du placard de la cuisine plus dans son logement, portes de douche qui n'est plus guidé dans le rail en bas) Réelles photos du logement cachées dans l'annonce. Pourtant parmi une bonne quarantaine de photos dans l'annonce principale, pas une ne correspond à la chambre louée

Keine Möglichkeit, Kaffee zu kochen, es fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine oder einKaffeefilter. Die Wasserzufuhr der Geschirrspülmaschine funktionierte nicht.
