Wonderful stay

We are staying in their apartment ,so we made our own breakfast , the kitchen is very well equipped .

Maybe I'm here on Sunmer ,do the wealth a little hot .. but they provide us with extra fan .very sweet of them

Very nice, relaxed, cosy apartment stay, close to the station, with a welcoming staff.

Excellent location, very close to Interlaken West Station, easy walk to main street. All normal equipments were there. Good wifi, quiet area, balcony etc. Provided an air-conditionedr for living room and fans, which were thoughtful given the warm weather. The games provided were also good fun in the evenings.

Furniture needs a spruce up, some new pieces would be good. It would be nice if a clean up or change of linen could be done every 3 days, we stayed 6 nights.

Very comfortable and pleasant home base within a hotel.

We used this apartment as a home base for an 8-night stay in central Switzerland. For that, it was perfect. We had our own space and kitchen, kids had their own rooms/bathroom and everything was comfortable. - Sound isolation was excellent - the rooms were very quiet even though the hotel was fairly full during our stay. - Location is quite convenient to Interlaken West station.

A couple of small irritations with the property - nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. - as a top-floor space it was quite warm when the weather was warm/sunny. Good ventilation and there was even a small A/C unit but not quite enough to keep up. - the main apartment space (living room/kitchen) connects to a sort of master bed/bath with an adjoining extra single bedroom, plus there were two other guest rooms off the hallway on the way in, with their own separate bathroom. Apparently these two extra rooms could be added to the apartment or not, depending on the size of the party. But the door to the main apartment locks automatically, so one night the two people staying in those two rooms got inadvertently locked out of the apartment until morning. Not a big deal, just a weird feature of the layout.

Comfortable stay within all the actions of a great city. good value for money.

Being very near to Interlaken West train station was very good. Well connected by bus. Supermarkets nearby. Plenty of shopping options nearby. Very friendly hosts - Ms Vilma, Ms Katiya, Ahmed and the owner of the property were all friendly.

Nothing negative; except perhaps, the twin beds that had a big gap in the middle. Had to climb to the 3rd floor from 2nd floor; lift stops at 2nd floor. Carrying luggage through stairs was a slight problem.

Exceptional

Everything perfect, very clean. The owners are lovely people. Expensive as for the rest of the world, but a good price as for the region of Interlaken. I highly recommend the place!

Fantastic!!!

I’ll start with the owner and staff and say that they were all so welcoming and helpful! We stayed in the apartment and it was fantastic! It is super clean -which is my #1 priority- and the location was perfect for us -#2 criteria. Lots to do in the area and tons of restaurants, shops, bakeries, etc, just a couple minutes walk away.
