We had a wonderful stay at Leni's apartment. The host was very responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location, just a short walk from West Station and close to many restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very well equipped with everything our family needed, including toys for the children, which was a thoughtful touch. We also enjoyed the balcony with its lovely mountain view. We really appreciated the host's flexibility in accommodating our additional requests, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Beautifully furnished clean apartment. Great peaceful locality for families. Good views. Host communication was great. Walkable to Interlaken west station. No complaints at all.

The apartment didn't have a lift.

The apartment has everything you need, and every detail shows how considerate the host is. You can really feel they put effort into making it feel like home.

Unfortunately, the cleaning team did not do a good job. The garbage from the previous stay was not emptied, the bathroom was clogged, and the bedsheet had hair. It felt like the place had not been properly cleaned before our arrival
