All tv channels are in German. Can't change to English or have an English subtitle. Not that I need the tv when you have a great view outside.

Adrian was an excellent host. He went over and above for us. He also gave great advice on what to see around Interlaken

It was extremely neat and tidy. It was in a great condition- looked as though recent renovation.

Very happy with our stay and dare say we'll be back.

Location. Communication with host was good. There were a couple of things I needed to ask about during our stay. The host was always prompt with replying. We were able to check in a wee bit early and also able to leave our luggage for about 4 hours after check out. The kitchen facilities were good.

Small things - not enough to put us off staying again - a toaster would be amazing! The sensor light in the entrance way was annoying when someone was up during the night. It's on a sensor and it's very bright. The shower itself is great however the floor through the bathroom became very wet. Not too much of an issue, we just kept our showers short ! We'd stay here again 🙂

The location was excellent and space inside the apartment was wonderful for our large family!

The location was ideal for walking into Interlaken and eating and shopping nearby with playgrounds and good sidewalks. The parking outside and the space inside was sufficient.

The dining chairs and the table were all very wobbly and for a family with young kids, caused much spilling and chaos during meal times.

Clean and perfect location

These apartments are spacious and clean. The location is perfect.The water pressure is great, and the hot water is plenty. Adrian, the host, was responsive and attended to our requests.

Would like to have some tea bags and coffee in the kitchen.. Would prefer a hard copy of the Interlaken Guest Card - the delivery link of the digital card for our stay never produce the code.

Perfect apartment to relax in after a day of adventuring

The apartment was spotless and spacious. After a long day of hiking and trains, it was so nice to come back and get to relax with each kid having their own space.The kitchen was perfect, and having a supermarket very close made it easy to cook all our meals, saving a lot of money. The host is friendly and available if you need anything. My kids say this was their favorite place we stayed in Europe. And finally, the location is ideal, on a cute quiet street but minutes away from the train station and the downtown area.

A great base for our stay in Interlaken and we would absolutely stay here again.

The 4-bedroom setup was perfect for our family, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings so much easier since we didn’t have to take turns or rush. We also appreciated having access to a washer and dryer in the basement, which was especially useful for a longer trip. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained and well-equipped with everything we needed, plus a few extra touches. The large windows offered lovely views, and the outdoor blinds were a great feature, completely blocking out light for sleeping in or for added privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, though that’s to be expected in Switzerland. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area made it easy for us to prepare and enjoy meals together, which added to the cozy, home-like feel of the apartment.

The place is strategically located very near to Interlaken West and migros supermarket.

One of the small bathroom, the water drainage seems to get stuck during shower.

Perfect

Our host, Adrian, was friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was very close to the train station and easy to locate. It took us about 5 to 8 minutes to walk to the train station. The self check in procedure was straight forward and simple. I will definitely stay here again if I ever return to Interlaken.

Beautiful spacious apartment, central to the city, good value for money

Henry’s apartments are well decorated and spacious in the heart of Interlaken West. We had a good amount of space - kitchen, dining, living and bedrooms. The views are of the surrounding mountains and beautiful gardens, and there are helpful reminders to open the windows to enjoy the alpine air! The apartments are walking distance to the station, a broad range of places to eat, and things to do. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone looking for more independence when staying in Interlaken!

One thing, which wasn’t a major issue for us, the room we stayed in had a shower curtain in the bathroom which was fixed too close to the shower head and would get absolutely soaked whenever we would shower (and smell quite bad) this was only an issue for the short time spent showering.

Excellent an relaxing stay in Interlaken

The flat is within 5 mins of Interlaken West train station, and there is a COOP and another store nearby. There are many restaurants nearby and its close to the town centre as well. There are two toilets which is helpful when visiting with family. The hob in kitchen is very good. The flat is very spacious, and is very clean. The check-in instructions were very clear, we didnt face any problems.

The curtains : When the sunrise is so early, it will help to have blinding curtains installled.

The apartment was on the ground floor , so very accessible. the apartment was light and had lots of lovely big windows. It was Close to town-central. Very quiet at this time, don't think too many other people around. There were beautiful views of gardens and mountains. All rooms a good size. Nice big couch to relax after a long day. Most amenities were present.Oven, large fridge,good prep area for cooking. Bedroom window was not so private so had curtains pulled, but really no-one around. Cupboard, heaps of storage.Great apartment for our stay.

Really just minor- Pillows were very large and flat and not really comfortable . However, might be ideal for others. Just depends on what you like!Another spare may have been good! Only 2 toilet rolls for a 4 night booking. Realise as an apartment we buy things but would have just thought 4 rolls popped into the bathroom drawers, as are part of an essential re a booking .Also you could only buy 6 rolls ++ & we would not use them all then. Just perhaps purchase a thin egg flip and potato peeler!!

Beautiful Location. Lovely Apartment. Hope to visit again soon

We absolutely loved our ground floor apartment. It was very spacious with a well-planned kitchen, lounge, dining area and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The windows opened to a lovely outdoor space and we enjoyed the family of goats next door. The location is very peaceful and only a short walk from the station, cruise boat, shops and restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful and gave us early access.

There was a strange smell each time we entered the apartment but this was easily remedied by opening the windows for a little while

Very convenient location close to train station and shops. Clean, spacious and comfortable.

The weather was quite hot but the apartment has no air-conditioning. A fan or two would have been good. Only down pillows available and due to allergies, synthetic hollowfibre pillows would have been preferred.

Great apartment!!

Henry's apartment is in quiet area close to Interlaken West train station and Migros about 5-10 mins walk. Host was very friendly and helpful ,he always answer my question and helped me do the laundry^^. Very well equipped and I can cook during stay. Easy to check in and check out.

It would be great if there is a curtain for the bathroom window and also hook or rack for hanging the towel in bathroom.

Love the style of the apt, spacious, comfortably and well equipped. Everything is clean and tidy. The view is great. The manager Andrew is helpful. Location is close to Interlaken West and Migro supermarket, so super convenient.

As a setback regarding to the convenient location, there is a bit traffic right outside the house, and a school on the opposite side of the street. So a bit noise but it should be alright after ten at night. Ps it’s summer time so we have to open all the windows.
