Charming 2 Story Equipped Apt

Comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, toileteries in bathroom. 4 capsules of coffee 🤩. Lots of blankets, heaters. Charming but narrow staircase going upstairs to bedrooms, 2nd bedroom has 4 single LOW but comfy beds, good for kids, maybe difficult for older folks. 1 min walk to free local bus stop, ~7 min walk to train, quiet at night after restaurants close. Host responded very quickly & kindly to concerns. Washer available, but didn't use on ground floor. Directions to apt is very clear, with photos to access. I would definitely return here in future.

Returning late at night to a dark (short) alley, hard to see to use key to open door without lights. If I was a single lady, I'd be nervous unless they put motion lights. Bathroom is on 1st floor, add'l hooks will be helpful, hard to keep floor dry from shower, we managed & there is a mop to use. Needed to clip curtains to close, curtain by dining table should be changed or washed. Couldn't figure out TV. We are expected to wash & put away utensils/dishes before leaving, but some were not clean when we took them out to use. Expected to take trash out to city dumpster? Checkout at 10am, but we left early anyways. These are minor issues & just suggestions for hosts.

The apartment had the perfect location.

The location was perfect. It was very close to a bus stop and the Interlaken West Station is within a short walking distance.

The shower in the bathroom would have been better if it was enclosed or if the shower curtain had a magnet or something to keep the water from splashing out.

Terrific location - In city center. Large apartment. Responsive host. Apartment was well maintained and super clean. They also provided us with at least 3 fans which was needed in the summer

Apartment is in a noisy street full of restaurants. There us constant street noise even post 10 pm. There is only one bathroom so a little challenging for large groups. Check out time was 10 am which is the earliest I have seen anywhere however on request, we were allowed to check out by 11 am

The entire experience was frustrating from the start. Finding the property and getting access to the keys was unnecessarily complicated. Once inside, things didn’t improve — the bathroom was in poor condition, and the hand towels provided were more like cleaning rags than proper bath towels. The overall quality did not reflect the high price at all. For what we paid, we could have stayed in a much nicer hotel with far better standards. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, to the point that we ended up skipping showers altogether. Definitely not worth the cost, and we won’t be returning.

Nice place, management should have been more precise

The management didn’t give us a proper instruction on how to access the apartment. We were stranded in the cold outside. Luckily the staff in the nail parlour got the keys for us.

The location is best, near the station and souvenir shop and many restaurant around the place

The apartemen is cozy and near interlaken west station, and near bus stop to interlaken ost. Many restaurant around the place, we have small problem with the door key at a cold night but restaurant staff and neighbour very helpfull to contact the owner, kitchen is complete so we can make simple dinner and breakfast

Excellent location and value-for-money! The check-in and house-keeping instructions were very clear via chat. Very close to Interlaken West station, supermarkets and shopping.

Nothing much. If I had to say, the check-out time was 10:00 AM, which is slightly earlier than other major accommodations - but it's late enough to enjoy breakfast and pack-up. The heater was also not working, but I'm sure it will be fixed - thankfully the night was warm enough for us.

Really nice house in centre of interlaken, it almost felt like a cabin. Spacious, comfy

the owner is a bit pushy with certain things (saving electricity and water, drying bathroom after shower properly etc) which I understand are important but if there are many of those and they get repeated few times it just becomes annoying.

Handy location, clean apartment and very good price for Interlaken.

The host sent a payment link at 10.15pm (after we went to sleep) - I didn't see it until after I woke up at 9am the following day. They filed a complaint with booking.com that I left without paying at 8.15am even though check out time is 10am. There are a lot of rules that are communicated in quite an unwelcoming way. They do only provide very small trash bags that do not fit the trash can and demand that you notify them when it's full. If you stay in the room with multiple single beds, make sure you bring an eye mask as there is an overhead skylight without any blinds.

Die Lage

Die Hausregeln sind ein No-Go..... Die Sauberkeit hat noch Luft nach oben. Gebrauchsgegenstände wie Mikrowelle oder auch Wasserkocher sollten Gebrauchsfertig bereit sein. Wasserkocher hat eine 3mm Kalkschicht.... Mikrowelle war sehr verschmutzt. Nespresso Maschine hatte noch altes Wasser im Behälter.... Der Code sollte am Tag der Ankunft unaufgefordert übermittelt werden.

Ubicación perfecta, apartamento espacioso, con todo lo necesario, limpio y de fácil acceso para todo a su alrededor. Volvería a alojarme allí para un próximo viaje totalmente feliz.

No tiene parqueadero, debes buscar uno particular, pero totalmente sin problema por ese lado, súper cerca puedes encontrar.

Muy buena opción.

Estaba limpio, las camas cómodas, muy bien de menaje, incluían además condimentos, azúcar, sal, aceite de girasol, hasta pastillas para la lavadora. Buena ubicación cerca de Interlanken west y con un autobús a un paso para ir a Interlanken Ost.

El sofá un poco pequeño.

Очень удобные кровати. Регистрация в позднее время. В кухонной зоне есть всё необходимое.

С парковкой ничего не понятно. В одном месте нельзя, в другом тоже (частная собственность,выехать нужно до 9.00)
