The location is good but it needed to be improved and needed to be cleaned and tidied .

Location near the train station and commercial complex eg convenient stores , restaurants etc.

. No lift it's so so uncomfortable to carry suit cases bec. It takes 6 plights of the stairs to be able to reach the unit. . Needs to be tidied as we noticed cockroach around the kitchen area . The matress and sofa needs to be replaced . The duvet has a distinct smell . Unpleasant smell when you get into the building

Apartment is clean and the location is good . Tony is a nice and humble guy, we stayed in second floor with 4 heavy bags , he carry for us .. thanks for his help and we really appreciated.

Just perfect for a short stay

I had a fantastic stay at your hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made my stay incredibly relaxing. The staff was warm and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Thank you for making my time in Switzerland so enjoyable!

Well located apartment from centre of interlaken

Location is closeby to Interlaken West Station and centre of the city. Tony is a very good host and helps whenever you request

The price was bit expensive for the facilities you get, the apartment is at 3rd floor and there is no elevator, when you roam around visiting places and come back to apartment it tests your energy levels and patience to climb stairs for 3 floors

Wonderful and happy moments to be cherish.

Near amenities and free parking provided by host. Cosy and clean apartment. All home appliances provided except for rice cooker. No issues as we brought our own mini rice cooker for own consumption. As Muslim, near halal mart located nearby for us to buy our necessity. Host very helpful and reliable.

Tony is an excellent host and the location is perfect, close to city center. Perhaps due to the absence of elevators, Tony carried all the luggage for us. He made us really comfortable during our stay.

No air conditioners. Only small fan. Another fan didn't work properly. It could be challenging during summer. Additional fan could be provided.

Strategic location, great apartment.

Our stay at Apartment Tony was fabulous, we miss Interlaken already!

Apartment Tony is perfectly located a short walk from Interlaken West train station, and walking distance to all the sights of Interlaken. Tony is a fantastic host, who greeted us to help us carry bags, and left some beers in the fridge to welcome us. the apartment has a wonderful view of the Alps which we hope doesn’t get blocked by the new building under construction opposite.

Clean and Beautiful

location and affordability. Host Tony is kind and very helpful with the luggages. Water heater and heater in the apartment is good. Wifi is okay and kitchen is clean and well equipped. 7mins Walking distance to Interlaken West Station and town area.

no lifts in the building and to carry heavy luggages up the flights of stairs is a challenge. The toilet has no ventilation or small window to air the toilet. A dressing table n mirror in the bed room would be nice.

Fabulous stay and host

A lovely apartment and the view of the mountains from the kitchen window was stunning. A good central location, nice and quiet and easy to walk to places such as the train station, Harder Kulm, shops and restaurants. Tony was an exceptional host, very kind and helpful, excellent communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, thank you Tony!

Nice accommodations, nice views from balcony, great host and good location!

we enjoyed having the balcony. We overlooked mountains and the construction site across from the lovely apartment. I hope Tony doesn’t lose his view. We walked up about 2 flights of stairs to our 3rd floor, their 2nd…or one more flight….not sure, but Tony will advise. as 3 seniors 75 and above in only average shape, we did them without concern. Tony showed up right on time and helped ALL three of us with luggage. He told us how to see amazing views at Harder Klum…OMG…I am a world traveler and have seen mountains in every continent but Antarctica and I really loved his recommendation. Harder Klum is likely the easiest viewing platform from Interlaken…one funicular right from town! You exit the building as you came in, take a left and 1st right toward Main Street…2 blocks…turn left and walk about 7 blocks to Beau RivageHotel, along a beautiful park facing some lovely old buildings. You can see the funicular right after the hotel on your left, about. 60 meter walk. I left my new smart watch on the charger inside the medicine cabinet. he found it and brought it to me….very kind….saved me a lot of walking. nice man and very considerate about the way he keeps his place and about people.

I can’t think of anything. loved the location….we had restaurants and a small plaza near us where towns people in uniforms played band music. found some funny action in town for younger people….close to everything, but not noisy.

A relaxed and amazing vacation!

Tony is a great host and was super helpful. He came to meet us personally and also helped us with our luggage. The location was central and all shops and restaurants were closeby. The area was very lively and had everything you needed right from grocery stores to restaurants to souvenir shops! We had a good view of the mountains from our room and we loved waking up to this view everyday! If we are visiting Interlaken again, we would definitely stay here again!

The public transportation was a bit erratic especially the frequency of the buses to the station. But since the property was centrally located we could also walk to the train station.

Exceptional

The location was great. We could walk anywhere downtown. We met Tony's associate at the property. He gave us the keys, showed us around the apartment, and showed us our parking space. He and Tony were helpful and easy to work with.

Construction was being done right outside, but nothing could be done about that.

Tony is a wonderful host Location is great except for the construction across the street.

The construction. Tony should make this known on the web site as it is a major construction site. We also feel the apartment needs a woman's touch. Could be a little clearer (carpet etc.) and extra bed in living room is not very attractive. Tony is a delight.

Be warned!

It was renovated nicely, lots of room for Europe and the view of the mountains was nice.

The stove top did not work work properly, so it was difficult to cook dinner, the bed would just cave in when you tried to lay in it which made for very poor sleep and there was mold on the inside of shower curtain and in the grout. But worst of all is that there was ongoing construction right outside the balcony from 7h45 until after 6pm. It was extremely loud, we were NEVER forewarned and when we mentioned it the owner stated this would go on for the next 2 years. We felt lied to and mislead as we would not here if we would have known.

the host is the best and the room is great compare to the price

Location is not far from the train station, a lot of restaurant nearby. the room is just okay, enough for four of us. Facilities is okay. The view will be better once the project outside is finish. The host is really great and very helpful. the best.

The bed is too soft, and deep. So it made us difficult to get up. besides that everything is okay. there is no elevator, but the host is very helpful and willing to take our big luggage up stairs. thank you so much.
