Every thing was neat and clean and well managed.
Pillows are too old.Not able to use, it should be replaced.The toilet needs viper as it’s hard to clean the floor after shower.Rest of all is best with in the range of good location

hanks to its location—close to the river and plenty of restaurants, but it still felt calm and not overcrowded during our visit. It’s also very well placed for getting around quickly, including being within easy walking distance of Interlaken West station.
The apartment’s Wi‑Fi comes from the house and worked fine for our stay.
Parking is available nearby, but it isn’t free and you’ll need to pay.
Inside, the place was comfortable overall, but there’s only one toilet/bathroom and it felt a bit lacking in a few practical features.

Close to Interlaken West Station, about 10 minutes on foot. We stayed in apartment 3, heating was good, warm enough inside. Staff were helpful and responsive. Much better than what we expected based on the previous reviews. Had no issue checking in at all.

Location is prime and the owner was fairly responsive. Addressed all our concerns and helped us with our stay. :)
The heater works on a very mild level, so at night and mornings the house becomes quite chilly and there’s no way to fix the heater..

Everything. Smells bad, mold in the house, lights not working, water cold , no respons from the owner. We supposed to Stay 2 nights for stopover. but last night we left midnight. We couldnt sleep

Lots of cobwebs, microwave doesn't work, dirty kettle, poor soundproofing. The profile photos are very bright and give the impression of a light and cozy apartment, but in reality this is not the case.

The location of the property is excellent.
The booking was made 2 months before the check in date. From day one the host did not respond to a single message both on the contact number given nor via the booking.com messaging platform. With much difficulty I got hold of him on the phone one day prior to checking in, and asked if he would allow us to drop luggage at the property 4 hrs before actual check in time for which he very courteously agreed. I was happy. I tried calling the host on the day of arrival since morning to confirm our time of arrival and there started our headache. For hours our calls and messages went answered. I called booking.com to reach them (which took ages in itself to just reach a representative) and they also failed to do so. We were asked to wait until after check in time to raise a complaint with booking.com.. We had planned our day keeping in mind that we could drop in our luggage and go out for sightseeing. We were stranded not knowing what to do, but when we arrived at the property at 12 pm (check in was at 4 pm), the property's door was open and not cleaned after the previous guests left. I messaged the host explaining the situation and asking if I could leave our luggage inside and come back for check in later at 4 pm and received an instant response from him saying NO and asked me to come back at the actual check in time. I was messaging and calling for several hours before this, but hadn't received a response. Then I started arguing saying that why had he agreed for luggage drop off the previous day because then I would've planned my day accordingly and told him that he had ruined our plans for that day because we were already there trusting his words. Then after some arguments he agreed to come and give us the keys in an hour (for the property next door as it was ready to check in) which he did. Though things were sorted in the end, for several hours we were stranded not knowing what to do or where to go with 2 kids, a 75 year old and huge luggage.

Cuz of the unbalanced surface inside almost every one did accident when you are entering from living room to room and also entering to toilet plus we can’t close the toilet door I mean we can’t lock from inside so always worried that some one will open from outside

The view was nice as it was close to the lake. The apartment had kitchen and cutlery, so we can cook what we like.
We had issues with the lights in our room and washroom. We messaged the property owner about this and never got a reply back. We also tried to call the number repeatedly but the property owner always declined our call.This kind of hospitality is never expected and I would not recommend this property to anyone, better to look for something else rather than regretting later.

Besides, there was a blackout in the apartment and we're relocated in a better apartment, so the host was very nice.

Attention is terrible, took me 5 messages over 3 days to get the code to open the apartment. Didn't get the free transport tickets for tourists which are mandatory to hand out by all accommodations in the city.
Beds are uncomfortable, there is not enough storage space for luggage nor kitchenware.

Unfortunately during our visit water was leaking from ceiling and we had to keep clearing it the whole night. Power supply also tripped due to this water leakage and short circuit.

The owner didn't answer my messages and declined the call when I tried to reach him.
When I arrived at the property the locker didn't open with the pin that was given during booking..I tried to contact the owner but he didn't answer the call/message.
We waited for some hours until the neighbors came and helped me contact another person who knew the owner and she gave me another pin to open the locker.
The wooden sticks from slatted frame in the bed were so loose that they kept falling out and we had to fix them over and over during the night.
The WiFi they mentioned in the room didn't work. After multiple attempt the owner finally responded and gave the other WiFi Details.

we don’t like the property at all
the property given is not the one advertising and booked in the booking.com. we were supposed to Occupied House no 13 but the owner has changed it on the spot when we want to check in without asking for our permission. We have no choice but to accept it. The apartment give was very old with 3 level which the ground floor located for toilet only, first floor for living and kitchen and second floor for rooms. The stairs to second floor is too stiff and not safe at all. We are family with 9 years old kid and this is not safe for our kid at all. We have difficulties to bring down the luggage to ground floor. The owner was unable to contact after we checked in. We have tried to contact thru Booking.com pm, whatsapp, call and messages but no reply at all. The floor is dirty and sticky and not clean at all!!! The owner have problem with fridge when we checked in and located towel to defrost it and its not hygiene. The heater is not working and the weather was so cold at night. Overall we are not satisfied with the service and property at all!! we have very bad experiences and stay at the property.

It was the worst place we ever stayed, its shocking!! its like in basement, spiderwebs everywhere, black mould on the entire ceiling in the bathroom, you can smell mould all over the "apartment" its dark and small. The bed is a joke, you can feel every spring in it, everything is just unreal, photos don't reflect reality.
