Perfect for our family trip to Interlaken!

The apartment was extremely spacious and clean, and perfectly positioned in Interlaken town. The cooking facilities were perfect and we made most of our meals at home! Initially struggled to find apartments access and keys, but eventually figured out they were from hotel beneath and they were helpful.

Not worth the money

Not much

The rooms are very old and not clean. Bathroom have very bad smell, floor is not even and some parts of the ceiling was also broken. Bed, bed sheets, pillows were all dirty.

The location was good.

The address doesn't exist. You pick up the keys at a different hotel Bathroom issues: - toilet seat is broken. Completely detached - the toilet itself isn't sealed the the ground, it will move and cause a major gross water problem - has some water damage - shower is questionably constructed. Small. The drain gets blocked by the shower curtain which is too long, which is a dumb idea considering one must sign an agreement about water damage being a fine of 500! - the bathroom door was previously burned, probably from resting on the nearby heater. Be wary! - there is maybe a little bit of mold, but nothing major The fan is making awful sounds once it gets up to speed. It's unusable The floor is bubbling up. You can stick your hand underneath the gap is so large.its also bouncy in some spots. The ceiling is literally breaking apart The patio has metal poles on it which holds up the upstairs one. It's held together by tape, zip ties, and bricks. There is no way this can be up to code. Cigarette burns in the linens. Despite the no smoking sign. Only 1 key, which is a frustrating experience for a group of 4. A lost key will charge a fee of 100.

The worst property I've ever booked.

The only good thing about the property is an approximate location to Interlaken West Station - 7 min walk flat.

The booking rating is three stars, but I would rate it one star. It looks like a truck stop. The property was worse than in the pictures, with dirty walls and stains on the ceiling in the bathroom. The kitchen is in the bedroom, and you can not cook there. There are no shelves or drawers for kitchen pots and pans, plates, cutlery, etc. We spend all time outside coming only to sleep. Deeply disappointed, especially with a the Booking rating, the price is way overrated.

Very disappointing! Not recommendable!

ONLY its location. It is within the center of Interlaken, shops and Restaurants nearby and also Bus stops and Train stations.

The place was very very dirty! The pillows and blankets appears to be very overused! Some pillows had black discolorations. We had allergies and suffered from frequent sneezing because of it and because under our beds were full of dust! The ceiling were full of spider webs! The freezer of the refrigerator was full of ice that made the ref door so diificult to close! Kitchen utensils were so dirty. The Heater were On the whole time, they didnt even come to fix it eventhough we called and informed them. The Balcony cannot be used because there were two poles standing on the area and the table and chairs were damaged!! The picture provided here was totally different from the room we occupied!!

The staffs are welcoming and friendly. The apartment located center of Interlaken tourism spot. It's good enough accommodation after a long day of site seeing. If you're expecting a fancy place, then this is not the right for you.

The apartment bathroom floor tiles moves, the toilet seat will slide, and little part of the floor are worn.

Shocking!!!!

Location

Don't go to this apartment. The dangerous bathroom floor was lifting with broken tiles, which were a health hazard for bacteria and accidents. There was a cracked sink, and the toilet seat didn't fit. When we complained about the floor we were given towels to cover it. There are no fire alarms even though there is a restaurant underneath Absolutely shocking apartment!!

Great location, disappointing apartment, nice staff.

The location was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We got a free upgrade for a bigger apartment. Helpful also with parking space. Felt safe, but that was whole Switzerland.

Giving us an upgrade was nice from the staff (we didn't ask for it as we didn't need anything bigger for 1 night) but the downsize was a steep staircase to the top of the building where this apartment was and also it felt very tired and old. All the beds were very old as we the kitchen. It would definitely benefit from a refurb/update. Also there were no towels provided which we consider a massive downfall for the property (which was more than 300 Eur a night with parking). And also because the check in is in the hotel next door, it should have been automatic. We were disappointed with this property. It was the lowest quality place we stayed in during our stay in Switzerland (and we stayed in few!).

There is kitchen & heater. The staff is friendly and introduce us to the nice location

The room feels humid, sticky and smell of food. There is trash bin below near the stairs entrance. The tenant upstairs are really loud. Stomping around till the morning despite being informed by the front desk.

Bucht diese Unterkunft NICHT

Leider nur die Lage

Die Unterkunft ist extrem alt und schmutzig. Spiegel verdreckt, Möbel defekt, dreckiges Geschirr, unter dem Sofa liegen Überbleibsel vom Vorgänger, die ganze Wohnung ist extrem schlecht isoliert und sehr kalt. Wir haben die ganze Nacht kalt gehabt. Zudem Boden und Decke defekt. Es sollte verboten sein, sowas zu vermieten! Wir Bucht diese Unterkunft nicht!!!
