Wonderful Swiss Experience!

Communication with Tony was great. We were given the chalet earlier than check-in time which was great! Room was clean, good size for 3 adults with all the facility that is required. Bit of walk to bus station to take a bus to train station Interlaken OST but manageable. Tony as a host was very good and accommodative. We had a wonderful experience staying in this Swiss chalet to get a taste of a local Swiss experience!

A great base to access the mountain slopes

Very cute presentation. Easy access to the bus as we were on a main road. All the facilities were available. Warm heating was excellent. Tony tried to help us with our transport problem upon leaving.

Towels were small and thin. Pillows were way too soft.

OK only. Not worth the money.

It was clean.

Location was noisy. Room was way too hot. Bed only double size - would have expected queen size minimum for the price. Pillows terrible. Please take down large pictures of Italy - we are in Switzerland !!! Needs an English TV channel. Cheap furnishings- just not value for money, sorry

Exceptional stay, cannot highly recommend!

We stayed in this chalet for two nights during our stay in Interlaken and it was for sure the best accommodation of our trip to Switzerland! It’s absolutely gorgeous, clean, modern yet retaining its rustic charm and walkable from at least two bus stops and several restaurants. To top it all off, the host, Tony, is a very warm and welcoming man. He was also very easy to reach via WhatsApp.

Cute cottage in a quiet part of town.

Very nice place with laundry and kitchen, which was perfect midway through a 10-day trip.

The main bed was too soft for my bad back, but the smaller one worked.

nice stay but not the best location

We had everything we needed, it was warm and the shower was the best we had on our whole trip. the host was nice and checked in with us and the place was really clean.

the photos are a bit misleading. the property is on a main road and it’s not as picturesque as you imagine. There is parking but it’s so small you can barely get out of the car. there are no restaurants within a 15min drive that are open during the week except a pizza shop so plan to cook in the apartment.

I like everything here. Host (Tony) was a responsive person. Room size was not so big, but it was fit for 3 persons. Room was clean. You can take bus no.104 from interlaken ost. Or bus no. 104 or 105 from Interlaken West to the property (within 5-10 mins)

We had a pleasant stay! Toni is very helpful - all the checkin and checkout process went really smooth! he's very helpful through and through! The place is amazing! great place + great location. It has such a superb amenities! the bed is super comfortable too! We had an amazing time staying here and def will come back again once we're in Swiss! :)

Best Little Chalet in Matten, Interlaken

Location is near Bus Stop. Everything it was provided by the owner, we could cook so easily and even washing our cloths (cause there's a washing machine). The chalet is clean and well managed. View of surrounding area was very nice.

The chalet is a short walk to bus stops. It’s clean and provides kitchen necessities. Loved the water pressure and water heating, perfect for a hot shower after long hikes.
