The location, views, cleanliness, hospitality was brilliant. Bus stop near by. Perfect 🥰 👌 👍

Nothing was lacking

Close to Interlaken bus stop and not too far from Interlaken Ost. When asked, Tony offered us use of two bicycles - which we used to get to and from Interlaken Ost and grocery store. Gave us back almost an hour each day not waiting for a bus to come or walking where we wanted to go. Apartment came with free coffee.

Apartment could have been cleaner (e.g. pedestal fan had built up dust). From a privacy standpoint, window in kitchen, right next to lavatory did not have a curtain or blind. Originally there was supposed to be three (3) of us - one in our party could not make it. Chalet is acceptable, size-wise for two, three would have felt cramped.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The chalet has very good facilities for cooking and also for washing clothes. We found the chalet comfortable and quiet with regards to the people down below us.

I had hoped as I mentioned it was our honeymoon that there would be something to recognise this by the host but there was not unfortunately, I felt this could have been a nice touch. We found that there was a lot of flies coming into the apartment and that was with us removing waste daily, it seems to be the nature of the location and we find it very annoying. It is about a 20 minute walk into the central points and train station so just something to be mindful of as I had thought it was slightly more centrally located. Also the road can be busy at times that the chalet is on.

It was clean.

Location was noisy. Room was way too hot. Bed only double size - would have expected queen size minimum for the price. Pillows terrible. Please take down large pictures of Italy - we are in Switzerland !!! Needs an English TV channel. Cheap furnishings- just not value for money, sorry
