good enoug for the location.

its very near to city center

its dark and cold inside.. i also received a call from the owner asking me if i clean the apartment for the cleaner . we didn’t leave any unwashed dishes so im not sure what cleaning she is expecting me to do. we stayed at the 1st floor and the second floor noise always disturb us.

Comfortable and in prime location

Location was good also it was not 100% disable friendly but house was disable manageable

First step to the house was bit steep for the wheelchair person other then that house was brilliant

Great holiday home for a group.

Very spacious and clean. The location is central and close to a bus stop. The kitchen is functional to cook a meal.

During summer inside get pretty warm, the fans are provided but not that powerful to keep up with the heat.

The location is perfect, right next to the bus stop which takes you to Interlaken ost or west, walking distance to grocery and restaurants. There’s is lot of space for everyone to sleep comfortably

Nice house with reasonable price for a big group

House is very close to bus stops (105, 104) that you can take bus from/to Interlaken West station (but need to check in google map, sometimes buses don't come). Alternatively, you can walk to train station. It just around 15 min walk. Bed, pillow, blanket are soft and comfortable. Large space for dining room and living room. Owner gave free tickets that we can use to travel in this city (so it's free to take bus around). Home instruction is clear. They also have washing machine. Kitchenware are complete and ready-to-use.

A bit far from tourist attraction place (need to walk 15 min). Only two shower rooms (a bit too few for 12 guests). The floor in one shower room is wet every time we take a shower as the floor of the dry and the wet zones are equal. One bedroom for 4 people is too small (one double bed with one sofa bed). We can only open one luggage, and others need to be put in other rooms. It might be better if this room is only for 2 people, and put sofa bed in another room that is much bigger in size.

Not a good option If u r looking for 2 full washroom house

It is very close to bus stop,coop and to the city

I don't like that they have laundry but no dryer which is much needed if you are visiting in winter or in April . And second we paid a lot because we need 2 full bathrooms but here is the disappointment . One bathrooms is good (which is located in the kitchen) but another one is very small space you can't even move properly to take shower.so we used only one. There were lots of options for single washrooms in much better price.

Superb

Great location, free carpark, many dishes and bowls, new and qorking dish washer. Big fridge, large dining table, good wifi, free laundry. Excellent place to stay if you have big family or travel in big groups.

Heater seems to stop working from 11pm to 6am daily. Not sure whether this is intentionally set to prevent over heating during sleep, but I do wish this feature can be optional and configurable. Dining and living hall is a bit less lighted (personal oppinion, not really a big issue), would be great if more lighting can be installed in those areas.

Superb

Location is in walking distance to the train station (without luggage). Bus No 105 stops in front of the house (if you have luggages). Facilities provided are exactly as advertised. Honestly I think the house is ideal for a max of 10 person. Juliet always respond to all our concerns ASAP.

Very clean & spaceous apartment & it has all facilities & entertainment.

No sound proof between the ground floor & first floor. You clearly hear the steps on the first floor which was annoying! The host was not repsonsive on time which resulted in confusion around check-out time.

The apartment is centrally located yet silent and peaceful. The apartment was very well equipped with all the facilities The kitchen was fully useable with all essential cookware and cutleries The instructions were clear for check in and apartment manual was very useful Lots of books were toys are available for kids to keep them engaged Overall we had a very pleasant stay

The bathroom near the kitchen misses a lock inside

The location of the property is really good... nice spacious apartment... the amenities provided are good...

The rooms and the bathrooms dont have locks and lacks privacy... the curtains was missing in the room...
