This was a great and peaceful day, and I would love to stay here again if I come back to Interlaken.

There was very easy, check in and out, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very kind. It was walking distance to the train station which we loved. We also requested a late checkout and they responded right away and let us which was very nice.

The beds are too small smaller beds so they do kind of separate in the middle.

It was well located and close to train station, within walking distance

Have the best location. The balcony, the kitchen, and the bath tub made me feel like home. Highly recommended to all travellers.

Interlaken Exploration

Location is very close to train station and Migros. Very convenient. The unit give you a cozy feel and full kitchen utensils is a plus if you intend to cook. Good view to the mountain range. Overall, it is a good place to stay

It may not be too convenient for elderly to climb the stairs and have to carry large luggage to one floor up. The setting of the heater can be improved for cold winter period. The upper bunk bed could be too small for an adult.

The location is great - right next to the WEST station. They were clean and compact.

There are not elevators. The check in is unusually late (4pm) which means almost no daylight in winter days and half of the day is over before checking in

It’s good for a family who is considering a limited budget with a good quality

The location is quite close to everything that you may need. Considering the cost of reservation, the furniture is acceptable and good.

There is bad smell when we entered and you can hear any movement in the building.

Exceptional stay with great value for money—would definitely return

The property was exceptionally clean and in a great location—just a 3-minute walk from Interlaken West station, with easy access to buses, trains, Migrolino supermarket, and Lidl supermarket. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with hand gel and shampoo. Check-in and check-out were smooth; I was able to leave my luggage in the laundry room before check-in time, and check-out only required leaving the key on the table. The guest card was a great added benefit. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the heating worked perfectly.

Check-in was only available from 4:00 PM, which felt a bit late. There was no tea or coffee provided, except for two sachets of instant coffee upon arrival. Additionally, the Wi-Fi password wasn’t given at check-in, so I had to contact the host through Booking to request it.

Beyond our expectations.

Location was super convenient, apartment perfect for me, my daughter and my son. Breakfast in the patio with the best views is dreamy. We got to do laundry, got to cook. Would love to be back. Would recommend to family and friends.

That we have to leave footwear at door/bottom of stairs, no wash basin to wash hands after putting on shoes. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Feel like home

Apprtment was very clean , with kitchen and kitchenware stuff. Less than 5 minutes walking from Interlaken West Station and so close to support markets and restaurants. Apprtment was giving so warm feelings, feel like home ,.

Check out was at 10 O'clock and it is not convenient normally checkout is before 12 Pm , which is global standard.

didnt have a fridge in our double room! we booked double room without a kitchen, thought there would at least be a fridge so we could store salad & ham but no fridge :( — picture showed there was a fridge

Great location to assess the train station from Interlaken west, very clean and spacious.

The location of the accommodation, only 3 minutes to Interlaken West station, also many restaurants and grocery shops , beautiful mountain view from the accommodation, coin wash machine and dryer made very convenient

Charming Swiss chalet in town.

The property was a charming older house in the Swiss style. Very close to the West train station, but in quiet residential street. Our room was in the rooftop, & reasonably spacious. The balcony was a small-ish but pleasant outdoor space , with some good mountain views.

The bathroom was internal and had an unsatisfactory extractor fan. Another small gripe was the lack of a dishwasher. Also no curtains in the lounge .

Convenient location, spacious

The location is excellent! Easy 5 minute walk to train and bus station (Interlaken west) and supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies etc. The apartment is spacious and homely. We got the bottom floor so we didnt have to lug any luggage upstairs. There is a public playground and basketball court right in front of the property. Pretty soundproof too. We stayed for 7 nights.

Everything was good but with a little effort could be much better. The staff can only be reached on regular calls or via the app, and as we didn't have international minutes (only data), it was hard to reach them for anything that needed an immediate response. Sometimes they reply, sometimes they don't. Almost every tourist service provider is on whatsapp now- that would be a big convenience. The apartment is equipped well enough but not super efficient or aesthetic. There was no spatula, for example, and the coffee machine we weren't sure which capsules to get (regular nespresso ones wouldn't fit). The pillows are terribly flat and uncomfortable, and during the hot summer days, there were fans, but one of them (a white one) was completely useless. Our stove, the knobs didn't coordinate with the burners as it has been fixed the wrong way! A laundry basket in each apartment would be appreciated too, to lug the laundry back and forth from the laundry room. So, some little but important things that are vital to a smooth holiday and can be added easily were missing. But considering the prices of the other places, this was (although still expensive, it's Switzerland after all!) value for money.

A comfortable and well-located apartment that made exploring the region easy and our trip truly enjo

I was looking for a centrally located place to easily access the main attractions, and this apartment in Interlaken West was perfect. Key destinations like Grindelwald and Jungfraujoch were just 30 minutes to an hour away by train. The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from Interlaken West station, which has excellent train connections. The main Interlaken OST station is also nearby — just 5 minutes by train or around 10 minutes by bus. There are several shops in Interlaken West for groceries and quick bites like sandwiches. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The TV was set up with Netflix and YouTube, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Our stay at Interlaken Apartments made the whole trip enjoyable and memorable. Interestingly, it was ChatGPT that recommended Interlaken as one of the best central bases for exploring the region — and it turned out to be spot on. Thoroughly recommended!

My only small negative was the Wi-Fi connection. The signal was quite weak on mobile devices, making it difficult to maintain a stable connection. However, the Wi-Fi worked fine on the laptop and tablet, which managed to stay connected reliably.

Very nice

The location of the apartment was excellent. Only a 3-minute walk to the Interlaken West Station, so it eased our daily movement. The room was quite bigger, and it had the necessary kitchen facilities in it. They also provided us with free showers and espresso. The hosts were very cordial and good in communication. They had their rules and regulations nicely laid out to the guests.

VERY Hot, no fan, and no communication at all when trying from the owner

It was clean and basic necessities

No air conditioning in the rooms or the building, no fan and when I messaged in the app no one answered me … ever …. I tried for 5 hours to get a fan with no response. Left the windows open but it never cooled off and was miserable. Very expensive for what you get.

Suggestions on access to the apartment.

There was no message nor information about how to access to the apartment on your notice board as a prior message mentioned. Particularly when your office is unattended. There was another couple had the same issue as us. I guess most of your guests like us, will face the same issue as most of us (I guess) don’t have a phone to call you. Apart from that, we enjoyed living in your apartment. Everything else was good. Thank you.

Would recommend due to the proximity to the Interlaken west station and in a quite area

Located very close to the Interlaken west station, in a quite residential area surrounded by mountains having grocery store within 200 meters radius.

The apartment we were allocated was co-shared with a local resident’s home, and we were requested to keep quiet, even though we were barely at the apartment. Since we were a group of four, some movement was naturally expected. That said, there were no issues or concerns with the host — everything else was great and well managed.

One of the advantages is that there is a place to store luggage, which is also used as a laundry room. Although it doesn't have a secure locking system, it feels safe. If you arrive during office hours, you can collect the key at the reception.It's very convenient to walk from the train station with luggage, as the sidewalks are smooth and the distance is short. According to Google Maps, it takes about 5 minutes to walk while pulling your suitcase.

If you plan to stay on the upper floors, note that it's unclear whether there is an elevator. It's a good idea to contact the hotel before booking to check.For Thai travelers, the pillows in Swiss hotels may feel flatter than what we're used to, though they are quite large. It might take a bit of getting used to during the first few nights.
