There was very easy, check in and out, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very kind. It was walking distance to the train station which we loved. We also requested a late checkout and they responded right away and let us which was very nice.
The beds are too small smaller beds so they do kind of separate in the middle.

location is great, close to Interlaken west station, supermarkets and restaurants. Room is clean and comfortable. Free washing machine to use.
Need to take luggage up the stairs.

It was well located and close to train station, within walking distance
Television was not a smart tv and only Swiss channels. Room was small and thin walls. Could also hear people in apartment on top walking.
