Location Cleanliness Good communication
We stayed for 5 nights. The apartment Only had two dishwasher pods. Sink is too small to wash dishes so it would be nice to give us a pod for each night. Same with garbage . Only had 3 small garbage bags . Wish they were more.

Location is good and easy access from Interlaken West train station.
Room temperature too hot. Toilet exhaust fan too loud and runs continuously, especially at night. Customer service is definitely not the greatest at communication; they blocked the check-in process and did not provide me with check-in information without explicitly stating what's wrong or missing, until I keep inquiring for my check-in information a few hours before the check-in time.

Everything. It was comfortable, clean, convenient.
Unsure whose fault it was, but street address we entered into Apple Maps took us to the wrong place. Easily sorted with the help of a gentleman in a nearby store.
