Incredible and I love it

Very central location. Close and easy to walk to trains, buses, shops and restaurants.

Was not informed, that there was a renovation on the facade outside the building just under my windows. It would have been nice if management mentioned to me.

Good location but not happy with check in details not clear re tourist tax. Every accommodation collects its in differen

Location great and clean.

The check in procedure was not clear about tourist tax need to be paid before check in details released. We waited till after 4pm then msg property and found out we have not paid tourist tax.

Handy place to stay but be prepared to follow a lengthy list of instructions.

Modern apartment, very close to train station and supermarket. Quite a nice outlook onto street and mountains behind. The best thing however was the access to complimentary self-service laundry facilities. This was a major bonus after travelling for 2 weeks before arriving.

Getting peppered with ongoing emails both before and during the stay with lengthy rules, expectations and explanations. It was a bit much when you are trying to relax and enjoy your holiday. Also the bathroom fan stayed on for quite a period after exit and even with the light off. It sounded like a Boeing 737 coming in to land. Finally the hot water went off the night before we left and still wasn’t restored when we checked out which was problematic after being out hiking, so cold shower it was.

they have coffee machine but no coffee pods are provided. temperature of the room is set and cannot be adjusted.

An enjoyable experience once a few minor issues were resolved by the owners.

The unit was brand new, located very near the train station and many food outlets. The bed mattress was very comfortable and the washing and drying facilities were excellent. It was safe and secure and had large opening windows for fresh air and light.

The reverse cycle air conditioner was set at 22 degrees and couldn't be changed - this was too warm for us. Therefore the bedding which was a quilt was too hot for us to use and there was no option for one large sheet to cover the whole bed. The TV was troublesome - after a certain time it just cut out and we couldn't get it on again for a while.

Perfect apartment for two!

Extremely clean, excellent location, good size apartment for two and comfortable bed.

The little kitchen was great but limited work space. I would recommend taking away the kitchen lamp and extending the work surface…. then it would be perfect!

Nära till allt typ stationen interlaken west, restaurang, shopping, groceries.

Skulle bli bättre om disken är lite större. Extra adaptor till El uttag för gester som bor utomlands. Det var inte lätt att använda det.
