John apartment

Location is great! Right in the center of the interlaken and very close to the train station. Studio is small but it had everything we needed. No air conditioning for those wanting to go in the summer.

Response time by management is very poor! Asked a question about laundry and it took hours for manager to respond on booking chat. I asked a follow up question right away, and never got a response. There is NO laundry in the building, although there is a laundry room at the end of the hallway… So I asked who that was for, and never got a response…

The wifi was not working all the time during our 4 nights stay. The chopping board provided fr cooking was mouldy. it would be nice if the owner added a cabinet of drawers for tenants to put clothes.

Great mini apartment

This little apartment is great, because allow you to prepare your own meals and save some money. It is private. Close to the train/bus station. Mario was quickly and very responsive answering our questions.

The WiFi signal was no the best in our room. In the main hallway was perfect but inside the room was intermittent.

Great facility, location, service and value...a real gem!

It was an extremely clean, modern, well-appointed, conveniently located apartment and much better value than others. I was in Interlaken for 10 days of super intensive work...by the end we were running on little or no sleep...and I inadvertently locked myself out of the apartment. Mario showed up within 5 minutes to let me in. He also kept me well stocked with coffee. Great value and excellent service.

Nothing to add here...I loved the facilities and the location.

The location was perfect. Very easy to get around the town and so close to Interlaken West train station. The host was accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than planned.

There was no internet. The shower drain was plugged up. Both were mentioned to the host but not addressed.
