Clean and OK but hard to find. Better directions should be provided.

Excellent location. TV channels include BBC, ITV and Channel 4. Clean apartment. Hard to assess value for money in such a high cost country but it is cheaper than most hotel rooms in Interlaken. Interlaken is beautiful.

It was difficult to find. On arrival by car we saw number 11 and number 17 but not 13. We parked the car in a nearby garage and went to look. We messaged the owner and also phoned but got a recorded message. I was told the next day that there had been a communication problem with Booking.com but why no reply to the phone? We went in to the shop at number 17 and the lady there explained that 13 is actually in another street still called Marktgasse but really off Marktgasse. The information booklet indicates that there are 6 parking places available in front of the property. They were all occupied on our arrival. A space cleared later in the evening and I moved my car from the garage and left it in that space for the 3 days we were there. All the parking places were occupied most of the time apart from the late evening and overnight. The nearby garage costs 25 francs a night. The apartment is not as spacious as expected. The kitchen is not a separate area. We did not have access to the internet for the first day. We were confused by the advice in the booklet in the department that “ you will find the WiFi password on the information board in the apartment.” This had us looking for a non existent board on a wall. The cleaner helped us the next day. It would be better to phrase this “ you will find the WiFi password on the first page of this booklet.”

Exceptional

Interlaken is a beautiful place in Switzerland and after walking all day and exploring you really need that place to come back to and relax. This place was nice and cozy and I loved looking out the window and seeing the Swiss alps! When we first arrived we were lost, Super Mario came to our rescue and found us and brought us back to the apartment! He was very welcoming and made sure to answer any questions we had.

The bed was comfy, and the room was fairly big.

There was no ac, just a fan, there were bed bugs and dirty towels when I arrived. The checkout was at 10 am

A functional mini flat in the heart of Interlaken

A block away from Interlaken West train station, right next to the shopping district, and with a functional kitchen, this accommodation was ideal for a cost efficient stay for a couple in Interlaken. Mario was very friendly and accomodating to our arrival and departure times.

The flat is very functional, but maybe a tad impersonal.

There was a problem with the messages I sent through booking.com and we had to wait to check in as our host didn’t receive our messages apparently. Very hot. No air con.

The stay in Studio Jackie Interlaken was wonderful. The room is pretty new and had all the things we needed to stay one week really comfortable in the city. Wi-Fi connection worked well. Location is great (near to the main train station and city centre). There are also supermarkets really close to the property. The host was really nice and friendly. I really recommend the property.
