Good base to explore Interlaken and surrounds. Nice terrace area!

Location was superb - a very easy walk from Interlaken West train station and was easy to locate. A lot of restaurants around. It was an amazing area. We can probably book again , comfortable for 2 people.

The communication with the host can definitely be improved. I had repeatedly communicated our arrival time but the keys were still not available in the key lock box. I had to take a long time figuring out how to get in touch with the host. We had to haul our luggage to a restaurant to have lunch while waiting for a response from the host. The bunk bed is not comfortable to sleep on. We had to ask for more pillows but got no response from host until check out.

The entrance outside was surrounded by people smoking. So we had to plan to leave early and come late.

A clean nice apartment in a great location.

The room is spacious and clean, with a very nice setting and kitchenware. Location is great with Coop supermarket in the next block and restaurants around.

Close to the Coop trunk loading zone so noisy in early mornings.

Mario is excellent! Responds to any question promptly. Near the train station, and Bus stop

Not sound proof. Near coop and you here the truck delivery and staff talking early in the morning . No AC , we had to open the balcony door and you hear all the cars and people talking

Overall excellent stay , Ofcourse weather helped but the apartment is more than what the pictures show

Location,location, location . We are a family of 4 with my children being 18 and 22 yrs old. Queen bed for us, bunk beds for the boys ( who though not excited about the bunk beds slept well). Lots of nice eating places close by and a supermarket less than 50 yards away. Very clean and absolutely wonderfully updated amenities . Microwave lacking but for the size of the apartment it is wonderfully equipped . The weather was great August 7-9th so no need for air conditioning but a fan is available . The patio is nice and practical . Wifi was great and TV although not needed is updated with all the apps like prime , Netflix etc . Completely private and quiet. A suggestion to future visitors , I like Interlaken OST better than Interlaken West(closer to the apartment ). Interlaken OST is about. 10-15 minute walk from Interlaken West and have many better bus options and all trips go through OST anyways

Very convenient to go anywhere and it’s very close to the station and all the other places.

Everything is amazing, I stayed there with my family, it’s a very cozy small apartment good for 4 people, very cute terrace and it’s very convenient to go anywhere because it’s in the centre, grocery store and the bus stop from anywhere is near.

Mario was an azamazing host, allowing us to leave luggages before check in and after check out time. Also he helped moving all our luggages up in the room. The room was very clean, nice and we loved every single bit of this place. Loved the balcony, free coffee capsules, beddings!!

The water from the shower booth leaves the booth very slowly.

Cute apartment in the heart of Interlaken

Close to Interlaken West station. Excellent location, there are lots of restaurants in the area. Apartment is spacious, perfect for families. It has a queen bed and bunk bed for kids. We loved the balcony and enjoyed hanging out there after a long day of walking. The room is clean and tidy when we arrived. We arrived in Interlaken around noon time and Mario was kind enough to let us check-in early.

There is nothing specific. Perhaps simply the little inconvenience of not having an air conditioning unit. I know that's not typical in Switzerland, but it gets pretty hot in the summer. We traveled in the second week of June and stayed for three nights, with temperatures ranging from 22 to 26 degrees Celsius during the day. There was a fan provided, but I assume it would not be enough to keep the apartment cool during the hotter months of July and August.

Mario´s place was brilliant, great value for money and great location, Flat was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy and the shower was great , added bonuses with the tea and coffee, all in all the flat was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.
