Well worth the money.

The property is at good location close to Bahnhof west. The apartment is spacious, 4 bedrooms and 2 toilets, perfect for group stay. What makes the stay best is responsive and very kind host. Highly recommended.

Location is the only good thing

Well located

- We could not checkin, as the key was inside the house but the house was locked -General confusing communication by owner. When issues were pointed out, owner got passive aggressive. -Bathroom is moldy -Mattrass is worn out -Light in bathroom not working -coffee machine not working -Hair on beds. Very bad experience.

Less than a two minute walk from Interlaken West train station. Beds were really comfortable and it had most things that you would need.

Arrived and there was no WIFI, we messaged and this was quickly resolved. There were no towels and again we messaged this was quickly resolved. The shower is good but there’s a slanted roof so not great if anyone has mobility issues or is very tall. My husband is 6.4 and he crouched. Had issues with city tax…..was told city tax in cash. Told the lady who was coming to collect it that we would leave it but it wasn’t collected and we brought it inside for safety. At 10pm at night the lady knocked for it……we were all asleep! We then got a message saying that city tax was mandatory….we were happy to pay for it. What we were not happy for was to open doors to strangers whilst trying to sleep. It’s wildly inappropriate.

Great location and views from this apartment

It has a great location - close to the Interlaken West station and having the convenience of a supermarket across the road. The rooms were large with great views of the Alps.

The narrow stairs up to the second floor apartment are a real challenge for large and heavy suitcases.

The shower ceiling is very low for men, we needed to ask for toilet paper and a corkscrew (which we did get quickly)

Very lovely stay. Conveniently located and the basic facilities provided were adequate for us.

The apartment is very conveniently located. 5 minutes walk to the train & bus station. Also near to convenient/grocery store and eateries. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and dishwasher. The bedroom windows opened to a view of the mountains. Very quaint & quiet apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

No lift up the stairs but the owner has warn us about this.

Good place near Interlaken West train station.

Location is perfect! A few minutes walk from the train station. The apartment itself is very very spacious. You have all you need to cook breakfast and dinner. They have a stove, microwave and all the utensils you need. The rooms are nice. We had 2 bedrooms and both were very spacious for the 3 of us. The master room can accommodate my parents and the 2nd room where i stayed can probably accommodate another 3 people but it was just me so it was very good for me. Shower had very very good water pressure.

If you are all young people, there should be no problem. But if you are traveling with senior citizens, the '2nd floor' is actually the 3rd floor from the ground. So you need to go up all the way up via stairs with luggage. I was with my parents who are senior citizens. Our host was gracious enough to help me carry our luggages when we arrived. Not sure if you'll have the same luck. Also the radiator/heater doesnt work in the toilet when we were there but the shower provides hot water.

the property was walking distance from Interlaken west station.

There were safety issues, in my view. The door was open, we met with someone on 1st floor who claimed to be some caretaker and he gave the keys. Our identities weren't crosschecked. While checking out, no one was there. We didn't know whom to give keys to. So, a better security system for check-in and check-out is highly needed at the property.

Very close to interlaken east, coop. Well equipt kitchen. Nice location with beautiful view. Got everything i need.

Below average if they information or we’ll explain about no lift and no ac . We will not book .

It’s on 2nd floor and their is no way to take the heavy bag once come with family. Very small staircase and no lift. Temperature was very hot and no Ac only table fan so both night become sleepless. At 30+ temperature it’s difficult to sleep.

Paying hotel rates to stay in a hostel

It is close to the Interlaken West train station.

I really don't want to nitpick here because the hosts seemed to want to help, but I was having to message requests for stuff like body wash and the wifi password. Cramped and noisy (night club across the street), no smoke detectors, and everything seemed worn. Spent most of our time outside of the apartment, but the time I was inside I was regretting the stay. Everything was functional, I just felt like I was paying hotel rates to stay in a hostel.

We had a pleasant stay and was impressed with the quick response to the parking situation.

Very quick responses when questions were asked. Parking wasn’t booked prior to arrival however this was quickly accommodated for when requested.

Perhaps more function cooling fans. A very hot evening required cooling from standing fans rather than table fans.

Everything except Kitchen

Cooking range took long time to warm up and frying was a challenge as reaching right temperature required a lot of patience. Non stick utensils have their coating scratched, so not very healthy to use. For frying stuff one would need a perforated spatula, which was not there. Cooking happened with a lot of effort. Else everything was great, place was well decorated, clean and nicely located. If Owner works on maintaining kitchen a bit better, it can be a home away from home. We enjoyed the stay though.

The apartment was fantastic. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Views were stunning. The snow capped mountains were right there. A short walk from the train station, we travelled from Paris to Bern then Interlaken, easy. The apartment is in a perfect location, short walk to shops, great eating places and a supermarket. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean and nice staff, but would never stay again

The rooms were spacious with plenty of sitting spaces and for all our bags. The place was clean and was a perfect location! The staff were friendly and kind.

No heating, it was terrible, the central heating "can't be turned up as its for the whole building" but it was so cold (there in late September) I don't think it was on at all. I have a feeling it's due to the gas prices being high. They were kind enough to give a small fan heater that we put in the room our baby was in (we can suffer the cold), but then the power for the switches kept flipping on the power board. Not just the room with the fan heater but also the kitchen, out of 5 nights we only were able to use the kettle/ microwave/ toaster 1 morning. They said it was due to overloading that socket, but it happened even if only the kettle was plugged in. The hosts flipped the switch on the power board a few times but their response time took all day (if at all), they apologised as they work but they should organise for someone to be available as those conditions with a baby was horrible. We also had to pay a city tax at the end that wasn't stated on booking.com, our page said we had paid in full.
