Very spacious and well lit. Alex was very prompt responding to messages. Location was good and was <20 minute walk to the Ost station and other attractions.
Very few amenities and supplies in the kitchen and apartment. Hand soap for kitchen was kept in the shower to be used as bath gel, among others.
Had to pay 10CHF for using the washer/dryer and parking/day which was not mentioned in the listing.

We loved our stay! Clean, cosy, with a warm atmosphere—ideal for our family of six and perfectly located near transport and shops.
Please kindly specify in the amenities that the washing machine and tumble dryer are not physically located in the apartment. It would also be helpful to clearly mention any fees for these services to ensure transparency for future guests.

The space was so great, really clean, open and inviting. It was bigger than anticipated and so easy to find. We only stayed one night but were really happy with the space. Shower pressure was fantastic, beds were so comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. Hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond. I would happily stay here again in the future.
