Excellent location in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. Parking was available. The unit is spacious, clean, fully equipped with complete facilities. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent location

The location of the apartment is excellent, and it is spacious which was great for our group. Communication with the host was prompt and efficient.

A little maintenance is required on the place (shelves, doors missing in the the kitchen - not a big problem, but tiles have come off the floor and are sticking up a bit dangerously in the 2nd bathroom), however, when the door handle fell off the door in the second bathroom someone came to fix it when we asked :-)

Overall decent place to stay

Apartment was spacious and location was just perfect. It was a min walk from station. Supermarket were a min walk, restaurants and high street were all walking distance... Host was very helpful and fixed all the issues we had

Bathrooms had mold. All the doors latch were broken. There was foul smell when we checked into the apartment. It was moisty...probably needed some air .... Bed sheets and blankets were not up to the standard.

Uncompleted happiness

We absolutely loved the fantastic location of the property, which served as an excellent base for exploring the breathtaking Interlaken area and its stunning alpine scenery. The parking was perfect, making arrival and daily excursions incredibly smooth. We also found our stay very comfortable, providing a much-needed respite after our adventurous days. The arrival process was straightforward, allowing us to settle in with ease.

Our main dissatisfactions centered around cleanliness, as we encountered some bugs during our stay, which was a minor letdown. However, the biggest inconvenience was the check-out process (4/10). We were unexpectedly asked to pay the city tax in cash, which created an unnecessary hassle and slightly soured our departure experience.

Lovely stay but could have been a little better

The door handles kept getting stuck so people got locked in the bathroom and the bedroom and there is lots of mould in the bathroom because the exhaust fans are not working.

Layout of apartment was good.

The property did not timely respond and often did not respond at all. Could not find the property, lack of instructions and property did not respond to help us find the place. Messaged property 3-4 times earlier in the day and week to get the code to access the place. We finally got the code nearly 2 hours after we arrived at the location. The apartment had not been cleaned, towels and blankets were strewn over everything maybe to dry? Half eaten food on counter, dirty dishes in sink, dirty towels in bathroom, garbage in trash cans, it was filthy. Bathrooms were very moldy! We were moved to a different apartment but had to wait another hour for it to be cleaned to get into it. We lost our entire evening to this disaster. We were told parking was available for $10 but property did not respond on where the parking was. This is by far the worst rental I have ever experienced through booking.com. I would not recommend the place to anyone. I am very disappointed Booking.com offers places with such poor management.

For the price they charged, it was not worth it.

Location is very good.

There was no proper guidance from the staff about reaching the hotel, or to collect keys. We had to keep calling them and asking. The apartment did not have high quality appliances & furniture. Everything was quite basic. Only single size quilts for double beds, no almirahs. Dishes were lying in dishwasher and not in the cabinet. Dryer was occupied by some garments of the owner. The apartment does not feel modern & luxurious.

Great location, very clean, kind host

Very clean furniture and amenities. The owner was so kind with us. He quickly changed the internet router for the apartment when we faced difficulties with connecting to the old one. The location is so great, you might not use tour car in the center if you want to have a dinner in any restaurant or shopping from shopping center “2 minutes walking”. Also the park is just 10-13 minutes walking. It will be my choice again and again when I visit Interlaken.

Perfect location and the beds were comfortable. The apartment is big and spacious.

The inner doors handles were broken. There were used towels on the balcony and no hand towels. Cleaning can improve.

I hate to write a negative review but feel I need to be honest. The property owner was incredibly hard to reach. Many, many, many attempts to call and message on What’s app went unanswered. We booked and paid more for Golf 2 which was advertised to have more sleeping space than Golf 1. (He changed the apartment details with booking.com during our stay.)The Golf 2 unit was occupied when we arrived at 1am. We were told to stay at Golf 1 instead. Therefore paying more for less space. Some guests in our party had no blankets overnight. It took 8 hours the next day to get towels for everyone to shower. We were told we could move to Golf 2 for our last night but never received a text to let us know we should relocate. The location is fantastic. But the service is horrible.

The flat is very well located and comfortable for 7-9 people.

It was not very well cleaned, notably the floor which was a bit sticky in the kitchen and the dinning room. The kitchen is not very well equipped for the amount of people that fit in the apartment. The communication with the owner (or manager) was not the best. He does not answer messages (on booking or WhatsApp) as he is very busy, so very important to give him a call to align the arrival well in advance.

First time in Interlaken taking shower withou hot water

The apartment was very close to train station and in the middle of Interlaken West. The supermarket was just next to the apartment.

The communication was very unprofessional. No reply whatsoever. We have to wait outside under the cold weather for the passcode to get key. The apartment was not so clean. There was limited hot water supply. We have to take shower with cold water. It was very bad experience. The kitchen was not equipped with enough utensils. The dish washer was broken and cannot be used. Overall, not worth the price we paid.

Terrible..

The host, Harun(probably wasn't the owner, instead a management agent of some sort) refused to provide an interlaken visitor card upon request. In interlaken, if you pay a city tax, tourists are supposed to receive an interlaken visitor card that grants discounts for countless places. We had to pay him a city tax and had to pay the full price for all the attractions because of the host. On top of that, when I mentioned all this to him, he said that he will complain about to me to the immigration department. Then, he asked me about my nationality, when i told him i am indian. He racially profiled me by asking " why is it always the indians that do this kind of thing". I complained to the police about him and they even called him to set him straight. He promised the police lady that he would send me a sign and stamp on my WhatsApp, so I could show that to get discounts, but later after leaving the police station, even after multiple requests to Harun, he simply didn't send anything. I still haven't received a receipt for the city tax that I had to pay in cash to him.. he is likely scamming the government by not declaring the city tax received by him. Please stay away from crooks like him.
