Good place to stay

Location was good and place was clean.

We had a great and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this property.

The property is nice and comfortable. Kitchen is functional and is very useful if you are on a budget and want to cook your own food. It is clean and beds are comfortable. Towels and toiletries were provided. It is close to the bus stop and train station is walkable. We were provided with bus passes during the duration of our stay, which allowed us to travel for free within interlaken. It is close to shops and restaurants. The property looked a lot better in person than in the pictures.

The property is expensive however, this is the cheapest option comparing it to other properties during that time.

Great for one night stay!

Great for a one night stay. Baggage storage was secure and safe. Lift access to apartment much appreciated with large suitcases. Apartment was clean, with good amenities and sufficient cutleries. Fan provided (essential for summer).

Was a little tough looking for the place, do use the address provided on the booking app (not the address on google maps). Called the contact number for assistance and they were very helpful. Room itself was a tad tiny, but ok for one night.

Quick stopover in Interlaken

Location brilliant - close to all shops/ restaurants, station and river walk Easy instructions to follow for self check in Shared Kitchen facility great- fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob and plenty of cutlery/utensils Big fan provided in room- needed in July Access to 2 bathrooms and shower room

They forgot to leave a Wifi code but a quick phone call to the staff solved that.

It is ok. It is clean, location good, about 10 minutes walk to Interlaken West; a few minutes walk to restaurants. WiFi is good but a bit of trouble logging in by QR code scanning.

I am not sure why the review are so bad. For its values, it is beyond our expectation. Location is good. It comes with a full kitchen, nice and clean bathroom.

Great access to the city of Interlaken.

We appreciated that the beds were separate and not bunk beds. We were within walking distance of everything that we wanted to explore in Interlaken.

We had a difficult time finding the house and when my lost luggage was brought to me from the airport, they could not find it either. The house is missing a few things that would make it easier to stay there…like hooks for clothes, and a mirror in the room.

It's okay if you just need a place to crash for the night and don't mind the noise.

The bedding was at least clean upon arrival.

Soundproofing is not good, can hear a lot of noise from next door neighbours. There's only a small kitchen and one dining table for the entire apartment, which is to be shared with other people staying in the other 3 rooms (there are 4 rooms in total in the apartment), not exactly ideal if you plan to cook. We didn't have a full house when we stayed, but it was difficult enough. City tax wasn't mentioned when we first made the booking, but the owner/staff messaged us later that we needed to pay extra city tax in cash. So be aware that not all costs are upfront and transparent at the time of booking.

Good location, the owner contacted us the morning of stay with information which was easy enough. WiFi worked well for us. We appreciated the full kitchen and made use of it. Had quick responses

Didn’t receive city card whilst there. Bit expensive for the two nights, room is very small but also expected for Switzerland. A mirror in the room would’ve been handy

Nightmare!

None . It was nightmare stay,but unfortunately ,we couldn't cancel and had no choice but to endure it. If i could give a negetive score,I would. Definitely not worth the money and mental health

Nightmare!! Go away. The owner was rude,pretended to be a staff member,with non-professional manner. We stayed for 4 night,and they only offered to change towels on last night....claiming it was because we didn't ask before and when we asked him again he told that he put it somewhere and other guest may took it. One of 3 shared bathroom come with unusable shower which provide for 4 family rooms.so, all guests may have to wait for long queue. The front door look danger without lights when we get back at night.

Close to city center and train stations. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to supermarkets. Staff is friendly and helps you with what you need. Easy self check in.

A little expensive ( 240 CHF for 2 nights). Room is not big enough. You can hear the noise from the kitchen and the other rooms as well.

Die Zimmer war sehr gut und Sauber. Zimmer sehr Gut beheizt. Die Bad Zimmer ist Sauber und Warm

In der Zimmer hat es keine Tv und auch zu wenige Steckdosen für ein 3 Zimmer Bett. Was ich persönlich Schade finde das Niemand gut Deutsch spricht sondern alle reden Englisch.

Das einzig positive war, dass die Wohnung recht sauber gereinigt wurde. Obwohl das beim Anblick des Unrates im Treppenhaus nicht zu erwarten war.

Bei der Buchungsbestätigung sahen wir nicht um welche Wohnung es sich handelte und welches Zimmer für uns reserviert war. Kein Code für die Schlüsselbox nichts. Dies mussten wir mühsam in Erfahrung bringen. Die Bilder auf der Plattform waren in keiner Weise repräsentativ! Der Preis war eine absolute Frechheit, Fr. 190.-- für eine Nacht und für 2 Personen. Das Zimmer war sehr karg eingerichtet. 1 Doppelbett, 1 Deckenlampe und 2 Steckdosen. Wäre schön wenn solche Anbieter nicht mehr auf Plattformen wie booking.com inserieren dürften.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est génial, en centre ville tout près de la gare Interlaken West (5-6min) et des commerces (4min).

Das Appartment ist eine sehr alte Wohnung bei welcher einfach jedes Zimmer einzeln für 170 CHF pro Nacht vermietet wird. So etwas sollte verboten sein, man kann sich ja ausrechnen was der Vermieter verdient dabei. Ein Wohnzimmer wie es auf den Fotos gezeigt wird gibt es nicht. Vermutlich wird dies ebenfalls als zusätzliches Zimmer vermietet. Man hört jedes Wort von den Nachbarn und die Zimmertüren isolieren nicht zur Küche. Im Zimmer hat es lediglich ein Nachtisch. Das war die einzige offene Ablage im ganzen Zimmer ausser einem Schrank. Die Kissen sind unbrauchbar. In der Badewanne läuft das Wasser nicht ab & das eine Badezimmer war wirklich marode. Handtuchhalter fallen bald ab, Spiegelschrank ist etwa 40 Jahre alt sieht auch so aus.. und Schimmel in den Fugen der Dusche. Der Balkon ist nur durch zwei Zimmer begehbar & das Geländer ist zu tief. Es hatte nicht mal ein Abfalleimer im Zimmer. Das Appartment war das schlechtes was ich in der Schweiz je gesehen habe.

Nous avons telephone la personne ne parlait pas le francais on ne pouvait pas se comprendre j ai demandé à une personne dans la rue pour me traduire et comprendre que le boîtier à clefs etait a la porte de l appartement et non dans le boitier au rez de chaussée. Sinon le matin les toilettes etant dans les salles de bain on fait la queue.sans télévision avec un enfant et qu il pleut comme aujourd'hui on aurait apprecier de la regarder
