Inconvenient location. Uncomfortable nights

Nothing. Maybe the kitchen is barely equipped but functional.

Almost everything. Firstly it's not near the city as the name suggests. It's on the 2nd floor. NO LIFTS. Think having to carry checked bags up there. So family with young children stay away. Almost all the beds are already broken. The pillows are not actually proper pillows but soft cushions folded up. This combine with the broken bed made a very uncomfortable 4 nights for us. The living room was converted to a bedroom so no doors which means no privacy. Also only 1 bathroom. So a family of 6 will have to wait quite a bit for each turn. Additionally a washing machine will be appreciated

Location is practical

First of all, there is no cleanliness, the bed is uncomfortable, there is no elevator, the house lacks ventilation, there is no TV, no air conditioning in the summer, no curtains to block the sunlight in the morning, and the apartment is located on a main road, so the noise from cars won’t let you sleep… and on top of that, the price is very high

It was almost impossible to contact the owner and no message was shared on how to collect the keys. We were lucky that some one saw us and arranged the keys.

Awful!

Location - close to Interlaken West.

Apart from Location everything else was super awful and disgusting. There was no ventilation in the room and bathroom. There was a small double bed with bad mattress and pillows were broken. There were no toiletries or towels available. Kitchen has few utensils but extractor fan was broken. Entire flat has mold and very dirty. There were no kitsch towels or fish washing soap. in the toilet wash basin is extremely small it was literally 1 feet by half feet.

Only the location

Do not stay here, it is infested with bed bugs. Our family were eaten alive. Apartment is run down and badly equipped. The host moved us to a second apartment after a few days but that too had an infestation and was in the same poor state. AVOID AT ALL COSTS our holiday was ruined

Do Not Stay Here! Read this review first!

The location was driving distance to the city center

The whole property! What you don't get told is: 1. The property is on the 3rd floor. Travelling with parents, it was difficult to get their suitcases up 2. The place was dirty! Dusty and very dirt everywhere. Floor sticky... 3. There are no amenities! No Toilet paper and you can't even use the TV?! The dishwasher is screw shut, no toaster or coffee maker even though all these are listed under facilities on Booking.com 4. The communication with the owner was pathetic. 5. The bedroom setup wasn't as per the description. The 3rd room doesn't have all 3 beds in it. Just one as it's so small! The other 2x single beds are in the lounge. 5. Ran out of hot water! As advertised for 6 people, only half of those had warm showers. 6. Bed bugs! One person got bit during the stay.

I don’t recommend this hotel to any guest who’s expecting a pleasant experience in Interlaken.

The location is not too far from the station. That’s the only positive thing of this hotel.

Check-in Experience Review: When I initially contacted the main mobile phone number provided on booking.com, I was redirected to another mobile number. Upon calling this alternate number during check-in, I received an unexpected response: "Don't call this number; it's my boyfriend's day off." Consequently, I reverted to the main number and discovered that incoming calls were blocked, necessitating text communication. After a wait of 1.5 hours, I finally received an access code for the key via WhatsApp but it turned out to be incorrect. Eventually, the hotel representative arrived and attempted to open the key box without success. Subsequently, he went back and brought an alternative key, allowing us to access the hotel after enduring 2 hours in the chilly outdoor conditions.

Very nice host, great location, near to Interlaken west train station, bus stops and a Lidl that is even open on sundays. Nice and clean apartment.

The automatic lights in the bathroom is a pain to deal with, constantly switches off even if you are moving. Its just a minor inconvenience though.

Nice stay in very big and beatiful apartment.

One of the biggest and most beautiful airbnb I have ever been to. Owner allowed us to check in at whatever time we wanted to. We ended up checking in at 11:30PM. He gave us a Guest card which helped us to travel inside the city for free.

Every thing was excellent We felt like stay at our own home, Every thing needed, was available at hotel. Kitchen with all facility, kitchen utensils, Pressing iron, electric kettle , cleaner etc all were available. One double bed room with bath, one lounge with bunk bed, dinning table, kitchen. Excellent location, 4 mins to city center. Big grocery store was near. Owner guided me about tourists visits.

One small issue. Checkin. To avoid checkin delay. Customer should send message to owner about checkin time.

too many things to improve

We knew that was a simple accommodation but many basic things were missed. The kitchenware is insufficient, no bottle opener, no glasses, no chopping board.... Not even a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, which on arrival from a long journey is appreciated (I don't think it comes to 0.30 cents). There are no items Basic kitchen utensils, sugar... coffee. Only capsule coffee machine. The lights were like hospital lights and the only light in the lounge flickered all the time, making it impossible to be there. We facing no hot water for shower every night for our stay.. We try to reach the owner and also text to ask by using booking.com but there’s no one reply and answer us..

The host told me the heater is not infinity. Apparently she was using a boiler which we disnt encounter problems in other part of switzerland. Some of us have to bath in ice cold water. We take turns throughout the stay which is quite unpleasant.

Der Standort war für das Preis Leistungsverhältniss gsnz Oke.

Wo soll ich da anfangen, beim Öffnen der Appartmenttüre kam schon ein abgestandener Mief entgegen. Bei näherem betrachten der Wohnung musste ich leider viele Mengel entdecken: Offene Steckdosen, deffekte Elektrogeräte, es war dreckig und das offensichtlichste , Im Badezimmer hatte es eine beträchtliche Menge Schimmelsporen !
