The perfect apartment in the perfect location

A great 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Interlaken. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and Juliet the owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Interlaken.

Very Good stay and will recommend!!

What did we liked - 1) Location - perfect both Interlaken West station is within 10 meters and groceries MIGROS less than 100 m. I travelled with my elderly parents and location of the flat was a boon 2) Size - Perfect for up to 6 adults with full beds (included 1 bunk bed), all rooms very big and it has balcony where you can relax in evening sipping a beer and seeing mountains & trains 3) Property Cleanliness - Very good 4) Property Manager - Juliette - Excellent & Prompt Service, she was very courteous 5) TV Excellent - Both Netflix & Amazon Prime was there so you can have excellent evening after whole day of roaming 6) Wifi is excellent 7) Good Parking space 8) Kitchen - Fully Equipped

2 Things that can be improved - 1) Whilst property is at excellent location, it also means it is close to road and unfortunately double glazing windows are not good enough to restrict vehicle noise. So if you are a person who needs less noise to sleep, there will be bit of struggle. We didn't know about this but still managed it as for us location was extremely important 2) This is not flat issue but the municipal dustbin is kept very close to entrance, hence even though it is closed, there is a foul smell when exiting & entering the flat. I suggest a discussion with municipal to get it farther from entry & exit

Great value!!!! Perfectly central location!

Perfect location! And such nice details as in providing some converting chargers, some coffee pods, kitchen essentials, kid’s toys/books, booklet with great tips (especially about the grocery store times/dates) such quick response to questions. They really put a lot of effort into running this place.

The toilet seat would be better if it was bigger to match the toilet

TRUELY FABULOUS

Excellent.. Excellent.. Excellent ======================== I stayed with my family (total 4) but the apartment can fit 6 family members (4adults and 2 kids on bunk bed) as well. Location: 4 minutes walk to interlaken west train station. Comfort Level : Very nice and clean apartment with best heating and cooking fascilities. Responsiveness: we just contacted juliet one time and she was abrupt to answer. She kept apartment manual which perfectly covered all the queries of any person new to aptt about appliances etc. Accessability: Migros super market on 2 minutes walk and Coop store on 10 minutes walk. Halal Food options: on 2 and 10 minutes walk. This apartment is perfect option for family or group of friends.

It's great location just mins from the train station and grocery. The owner was very thoughtful, providing all useful information in the info pack.

There was only one bathroom and they're six of us so abit inconvenient as we actually need to rely on the nearby public toilets

Great Location, Value for money, Generous and polite host

The apartment was fully equipped with the facilities you would require at any home Location was superb with only 4min walk needed to reach to train station as well as supermarkets nearby The host prepared a very nice welcome guide on how to use each device

The curtain system was a bummer as you had to roll down the flaps like a shutter The apartment we got was on ground floor and was quite noisy at night with car sounds or passing by folks

Exceptional

everything was great! The space of the room was beyond our expectations. The whole apartment was clean, the furniture was modern, and we had every tiny little detail in the apartment that was needed to make it an enjoyable stay. The host was super friendly and are always ready to assist us with any extra items that we needed. I would definitely come back and recommend this to anyone coming to Switzerland, especially Interlaken.

Verry spacious and comfortable apartment with free parking space, spotless clean and with everything needed, but ..

There was not wifi all the time we stayed, which means there wasn't TV too. We need internet to work and we had to use our mobile internet, which cost us a lot of money.

Location was excellent, very clean and modern

Traffic and Train noise is quite noticeable. Beware if you are in the ground floor apartment. There were guests staying in the apartment above us and the noise from them walking around made it difficult to sleep.

Ours was the ground floor apartment and rooms where facing the street. Without curtains for bedrooms it was little difficult in the evenings.
