The property was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient and quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The host was also very kind and helpful.

Excellent location. Check in time was 5 pm but we were able to checked in at 11:30 luckily because property was available. From interlaken west station it’s about 3 minutes walking distance.
There is no mirror except bathroom mirror. In the bedroom I felt a mirror badly needed

The location was really good. Very close to train and bus terminals and also close to the main shopping, restaurants, pubs etc. Check in was also very easy and the property manager responsive always.
The beds require upgrading. Mattresses are foam rubber and very soft which would make sleeping very hot in warmer weather. The pillows also were uncomfortable and better suited as lounge cushions.
Tenants upstairs could be heard thumping around loudly until early hours.
