An amazingly central apartment located on the first floor that is quiet with great views and 2 small balconies.

Three great sized bedrooms, 1 good size shower bathroom and a large family bathroom with bath. The kitchen has a full size hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine and fully equipped with coffee machine, pots, pans, and all the utensils to prepare meals for your family or group.

There is an open plan lounge / Dining Room, the lounge has seating for at least 8 with, Smart TV, reading bookings and kids games. The Dining room table is massive with seating for 10 guests.

Great host and location! You are three minutes walk from the rail station, but trains are not loud. Grocery store, multiple restaurants and shopping all super close. Nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable living area along with dining space two cute balconies and nicely equipped kitchen. If we have the opportunity to go to this area again, we will definitely stay here!

Will never stay here again. I was not notified that there would be massive construction happening just meters outside of our apartment. The noise was so deafening that we could not have conversations with the windows open. One of the two bathroom showers leaked incessantly, constantly flooding the bathroom floor with water due to cracks in the shower sealant. And a nice addition- all four of the towels they provided smelled of mildew. I realized this was the case because all of the property's towels were washed and then hung to dry in a dank and musty basement below the apartment. No amount of washing could get the stink out. On a good note, the apartment is near the train station and supermarket, but it is definitely not worth staying here ever again.

Juliet always responded quickly every time I called her and was very helpful and patient. We loved the apartment. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The place was neat, clean, and organized. The apartment is right near the train station and ferry. You can find anything you need close by. We loved to take long walks to explore the beautiful neighborhood. Please note that although there are adaptors available for electrical devices you bring from outside of the country, it is not always safe. The difference in the electric current fried an electronic device I plugged in. My electrical device was destroyed and it caused the fuse to blow. Juliet answered right away and instructed how turn the fuse back on. Also, keep in mind that there is a significant tourist tax that is not included in the price you pay through the app.

Everything you can look for is in this apartment when you’re away from home. This is perfect if you’re using kitchen to make lunch/dinner while staying in Swiss. Migros, COOP and Interlaken West station are literally next to the apartment. Really wonderful experience with the host also. Thank you, Juliet.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. Very near by the Interlaken West station which was very convenient. The property was very clean and had complete utentils in the kitchen and bathroom. Juliet also provided a binder for information on the use of the appliances in the apartment. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family and I even consider going back to this place. We were a group of four adults, all over 50 years of age, and stayed for eleven days. The location near Interlaken West was perfect for us, because we planned to get around via rail most of the time. We all had the Swiss Travel Pass and used it to get to many, many adventures. We appreciated having two bathrooms - which made it easier to get freshened up and out the door early. We were so busy that we used the kitchen for dinner only two times and breakfast was usually just coffee. We hope to come back in 2024 with two other family members.

I'm not going to write a glowing review. This place is what you expect for a home away from home. That said, being American it fell short of American normalities. To be fair, this is Switzerland, not America. It wasn't unexpected there was no AC. I had previously lived in Switzerland and didn't have AC then. Still, it can get warm in Switzerland. The home did have three pedestal oscillating fans: one for each bedroom. These can be moved around easily enough, but why? I feel the home should have 5 or 6 fans so that moving fans isn't necessary. While the home has a washer it doesn't have a dryer. I had one when I lived in Switzerland. There is a drying rack and we made do with it. We made sure to direct a fan towards the rack to help with drying. On a warm day this is fine, but if the weather is humid or damp, drying clothes can take awhile. There was only one rack. If you wash a lot at one time the rack can't keep up. There's only one key for the home. My group was four individuals so this was a tad inconvenient. One key is best though. Always return it to the lock box. If you lose the key I imagine it'll cost you a very pretty penny. It's not just a key you need to replace, but the keys for the entire building and their locks. To sum things up; this home is what you'd expect a home away from home in Switzerland to be. I very much liked it's location. A+ for location. The home has plenty of room. It is up to date. Everything worked. The WiFi internet was high speed.

We rented two apartments from Juliet in this building for a week. The apartments were perfect! Super clean, abundant soap, trash bags, fans for each room, etc. Super cute and comfortable. All the amenities you might need. The train station is literally in your backyard and the grocery store you can see from the window. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment or Juliet as a host!

We loved our stay in Interlaken and this apartment was very comfortable for our group of 7 adults (3 parents and 4 adult children). It was very helpful to have the key lockbox so 7 people could easily share the one key and each freely come and go. We do a fair amount of eating in and the kitchen and dining room were perfect for this and were roomy enough to comfortably fit our group of 7 adults. It took a night or two to figure out how to use the excellent window blinds properly - important because at least on the south side there are some very bright lights on all night on the building across the street. Once we figured out how to close the blinds all the way, this was no problem - so be sure to take the time to do it. Juliet was very helpful and immediately responsive when one of our party needed to switch out some highly fragranced bedding. She was also terrific in agreeing to a very late request to extend check out time so we could do an early morning paraglide and still have time to shower and pack up afterward. This location is steps away from the Interlaken West train station, wonderful for us as we had train passes which we took advantage of to visit the many attractions in this region. It was terrific to have two bathrooms that were accessible to all of us (rather than attached to specific bedrooms).
