Stay at Interlaken

spacious for four of us, and the facilities was complete, and we can cook in the kitchen. The location is strategic, but in interlaken everything are close to each other.

When we came, the floor was sticky

Where to start? Greeted with spiders, apartment had no ambience at all- for the cost at least you could have thrown down a rug! Curtains faded and didn’t cover windows, no curtain in bathroom right in the shower, water damage throughout the apartment, dishes worn out and scratched, nothing to qualify the price we paid. Dumpster at the entrance the whole time we were there. Moldy balcony.

Very clean -ok- but needs work.

Clean, approximately 15 minutes from downtown Luzern. (Loved Luzern). Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. View of Mount Pilatus.

We are in our late 70’s and we had to lug all our luggage and food 4 flights of stairs. We had not been told that we were on 4th floor. Place was quite newly finished and was missing quite a few cooking necessities, Furniture seem to be leftovers. No toaster, no microwave, pts but no pans. Etc. Etc. 2 bedrooms but big opening between rooms hidden by a commode. No privacy between rooms. I’ll be nice and give it a small ok.

Clean spacious stay with a fully equipped Kitchen

Property was clean & very spacious. All necessary kitchen equipments available to the very detail. Has a nice Balcony view of Harder Kulm. Balcony is very big and spacious. They also provided baby crib and high chair.

Decent apartment in Interlaken for a family of 3.

The location was the defining feature of this property. It was very close to the center of Interlaken and was about the same distance from both Interlaken Ost and West. Very close to all the nearby restaurants. The balcony was also great and the flowers were nice. It was nice to see the chocolate provided for us in the fridge on arrival.

The lighting in the apartment was a bit dim, it would have been nice if there were more lights. Also, there were not many accessible electrical outlets. A full-size mirror would also have been nice to have. The coffee machine was a bit finicky and it would have been good if there was creamer for the coffee as well.

Amazing location, hosts could be more pleasant

Location - perfect. Walking distance to most places. Size - living room is excellent

We found many houseflies when we arrived. A few extra towels would have been welcomed. Hosts messaged us to pay for the extra child, which we immediately did, but did not bother to ask if we wanted some beddings or towels for the child. Could have been more pleasant and considerate.

Great apartment for 2 pax in terms of size, amenties and location, but unsure if night time ruckus was an isolated incid

Perfect size for two pax, it is a studio apartment located very near the main road from Interlaken West station. You can take a bus and then a short week to get here. We didn't meet the owners but they were very communicative over text, sent us plenty of information to check in so that was a rather smooth process. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use though a little small, but understable given it is a studio apartment. Luckily for us, we are small sized but perhaps sized folks might find it hard to walk through it. Interior was modern and well organized, TV was well equipped with netflix and other smart TV capabilities. There is also a balcony with tables and chairs so you can relax outside in the cold weather. Toilet was well heated which we really appreciated for winter. While the sofa bed allows you to sleep an additional 1-2 pax, we think the entire space might be a little cramped if you tried to squeeze 4 people.

We only stayed here for 1 night and on that night, the unit next to us was very rowdy. Felt like there was a club next door with loud music playing for hours, at some point we heard the sound of someone being shoved against our door and vulgarities being shrewn - you can imagine our shock at around 10pm upon hearing this as we are two females. That was when we felt a little unsafe and eventually, we texted the owners to ask for their help. It seemed that shortly after the noise stopped (we fell asleep after so didn't stick around to find out if the owners had a part to play or so that was the end of the ruckus. As the building is an actual residence for locals, with a few other holiday apartments peppered across the floors, we're not sure if this came from local residents or other holiday goers living in holiday apartments.

Central location and a comfortable home away from home

Great location. Studio apartment was clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The building was warm and secure with a free parking spot included. Alex was very helpful.

Overall stay was great, Alex is a great host. Allowed us to put our luggages when we arrived a bit earlier than checking

Location was perfect, it is actually closer to Interlaken West so it was easy to catch buses from there.

The pillows are not comfortable and coffee machine did not work.

Cosy apartment for a short comfortable stay

Cosy apartment, good size for 2 persons. I like that there's Netflix installed but guests got to log in with their own account. There's sufficient cooking equipment for basic meals.

The apartment is located about 6 mins away from Interlaken west station, not the most convenient but still decent. There isn't space for a wardrobe but there are 3 clothes hook near the door. Would be great if there are more hooks or clothes rack.
