Beautiful apartment and well styled. Lots of space and well equipped. Good location in the heart of Interlaken. Great value for such a lovely apartment.
The checkin process was confusing with communication from Interhome indicating someone meeting us in person to collect a 500CHF bond which was not the case. Also host was difficult to contact on arrival.

the apartment is spacious with nice balconies overlooking a park. It is well located, walking distance to train statins and shopping.
One of the rooms did not have sheets on the beds, only mattress covers. The same room had no blinds or curtains on the large windows. One of the towels provided had a big hole in it. The handle on the washing machine was broken (the agent implied we had broken it although we reported it upon arrival). No offer was made to fix it, so we were unable to use it. There was frequent communication before arrival but not so good once we arrived and reported issues.
