Excellent location with lovely view of the park and paragliders. Within a short walk of shops, train stations, etc. Very well-equipped apartment, and wifi worked well. Clean throughout with comfortable beds and bathrooms.

Check-in was chaotic. No response from host to email sent before arrival regarding time of arrival when this was asked for. Check-in details - ie code for the key lockbox and where this is located - only received after we had arrived at the property and contacted the host - would be very helpful to have these before arrival. Despite what is written in the pre-arrival information, it is not a face-to-face handover of the keys, and also the 500 Swiss franc security deposit is not required - the standard booking information needs updating. A couple of fans would have been helpful given that the apartment is not air-conditioned and temperatures can be, and were, high.

Getting the key was confusing and hard to get at

the apartment is spacious with nice balconies overlooking a park. It is well located, walking distance to train statins and shopping.

One of the rooms did not have sheets on the beds, only mattress covers. The same room had no blinds or curtains on the large windows. One of the towels provided had a big hole in it. The handle on the washing machine was broken (the agent implied we had broken it although we reported it upon arrival). No offer was made to fix it, so we were unable to use it. There was frequent communication before arrival but not so good once we arrived and reported issues.
