The property was very clean and organised well for a holiday let. Parking was great and clearly labelled. The apartment was well located for the roads up into the mountains. We also used the trains and, again, the apartment was excellently located for this. The lift was greatly appreciated. It was also good to have the washing machine. All rooms were a good size and it didn't bother us that bedroom 2 was through bedroom 1. We enjoyed the views. The kitchen was well equipped.

Excellent location!!! Interlaken West train station and the boats on Lake Thun and Lake Brienz only steps away! Great air conditioning! Beds were all comfortable! Lots of space for our family of 5! Balcony with a view for morning coffee and thank goodness for the lift to get our luggage up and down! Oh and the guest binder of information and guest passes was awesome! Thanks for our favourite stay on our journey 😁

Great location. This is the most organized host I’ve ever encountered. Great communication. Quick responses. Blinder ready with everything that I need. AC and washing machine were awesome amenities.

Scenic view from the property, provision of a lift, although it is just a slowly rising platform. Fairly good facilities. Clean.
Temperature control of the water from taps/shower was not effective. Shower drainage was not effective. No provision of washing powder for the washing machine. A very early checkout time combined with total inflexibility and rude comments from the cleaning lady.
