Great value !Relax and comfortable stay

Extremely prime location , right beside Interlaken West station and we did not encounter any noise nuisance. It is an old building, there is an elevator to help us up to the 2nd floor, within the apartment is very clean , great facilities just home from home. Very clean comfortable beds, additional shower room is a god send , so no one quibbling . Short walks to LIDL or COOP for our groceries, felt safe at all times, great base for family or group to explore surroundings meantime can enjoy home cooking .

Just like any other hotels nearby, the property is easily accessible within reach from the station. Halal eateries and supermarkets are right down the street. The mountain view from the window is a nice touch.

Private bathroom was tiny, and the wash basin tap had a weird design. Wi-Fi was intermittent, and the floor was dusty. Pillows were too soft, like mini bean bags with outdated fillings.

Perfect location in Interlaken, but not where Booking.com thinks it is!

The property was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the location was brilliant, just a few minutes walk from the centre of town and 8 mins to the train station. There was a well equipped kitchen and 3 good bedrooms in our apartment and their was a lift to get up from the ground level. The parking was secure and easy to access and the location was quiet. There was a small coop nearby and a bakery just 1min up the road. The views were lovely, we could see the mountains and the green from the back bedroom and the Harder Klum from the lounge. There was a smart TV which was helpful, and we had a large dining room table and a comfortable sofa. The rooms were all large and adequately equipped.

We had, as per Booking.com, expected the apartment to be opposite the train station as that was what was advertised, however they were not there and, even though we probably preferred the location we were in, it took us a long time to find the apartment and we had to call the office a number of times, fortunately someone was there who was extremely helpful, but it really confused us and made arrival a bit stressful. This should be made clear on Booking.com as if we had mobility issues and wanted to be by the station we would have had a problem. I can see in the small print that the apartment is where it was, but all the pre-booking information and the map and all the photos show it opposite the station. The apartment was old but well maintained, the shower did flood the floor, but this could be controlled with a little clever thinking, there were a lot of towels to help! The entrance from the lift to the front door is in poor repair and did not give a good impression and one bedroom does not have any window to outdoors, just to the communal entrance area so was not private. That being said it was perfectly nice and really well equipped inside so please get past the initial impression as it is a great place to stay.

Nice bonding with groups, eating together and enjoying each other’s company.

It’s so close to all the stores, restaurants and shops. Overall is clean and affordable.

We are groups of eight, the toilet is only one , we have to wake early or wait until others are out. At least two toilets are appreciated.

Depressing stay at $400.a night place that looks cheaper than hostel

Location is convenient

The property has a decor that’s worse than cheap student housing. The shower just had a curtain and it’s impossible to keep the water from flowing into the rest of the bathroom when taking a shower. This is a pathetic place and for about $400 a day, a nice hotel would be a much better choice. Avoid this dump at all cost.

The apartment was in a great location, comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen & good size bedrooms & living area with a view of the lake & mountains. It was opposite to grocery shops & next door to train station which you couldn’t hear the trains.

The jungfra apartment is a little out dated & could do with a renovation.

It was okay but would not recommend to others

Three bedrooms and had a useable kitchen.

The place felt spooky. This is a family apartment but the noise was a lot more than you would expect. The noise from the creaking wooden steps were very loud and eerie. We booked the apartment because we good do washing. The washing machine stopped working on the last spins so clothes were saturated. We had to take it all to the laundromat. This took us hours to finally get it washed and dried.

Comfortable stay in charming apartment.

We loved this dpacious, light, older style apartment. We really enjoyed staying there, and appreciated the fans, as we stayed in August. Loved the coffee machine. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Good location, a short walk from Interlaken West. The staff were very helpful, and all communication was prompt and friendly.

Bathroom a bit small for my tall family, but otherwise all was great.

Big apartment best suited for cooler weather

Good sized apartment, washer and dryer in basement, new elevator is helpful, linens and towels provided, cleaners and basic toiletries provided, 10 minute walk to Interlaken West station, balcony with nice view, kitchen equipment is available, quiet street

Mattresses were uncomfortable and you can feel the springs poking you, apartment and entrance needs renovated, no AC in summer impacted our sleeping, only one bathroom/toilet, feels weird having to clean up after our stay, able to store luggage but unsupervised area, need to pay extra for early check in

Good location but bad condition of the apartment

Location was good, a lot of things were provided like cooking essentials, ironing and laundry facilities. The apartment was spacious.

The appartement was in a really poor condition in terms of mainatance. It did not feel worth the price we paid for. Kitchen fume hood cover flew open when turned on, and there was no ventilation for cooking. There knives were bad, no bread knives, no chopping board. Blankets and pillows had uncomfortable covers. Overal, the main thing that the building needs is a full refurbishment.

Well located accommodation in Interlaken

Recommended. Spacious living area and comfortable beds. Close proximity (about 10 to 15 min walk) to both Interkaken West and OST Train stations. Well equipped kitchen. Surroundings are beautiful.

As the washing machine and dryer are shared by the residents, sometime they were occupied even in late hours such as 10pm+ and early morning 6am+. We could not use them.

Good place to stay in Interlaken West. Great for Families

#1: Location. The property is located a short walk from Interlaken West train station. It also is conveniently located close to shops and supermarkets. #2: The property. We booked a 3 room apartment for a party of 6. There were 7 beds available. The property is fully (and recently) renovated, but in an old building. The floors are new, bathrooms are new (showers are great) and in general, well looked after. There is an abundant of fresh towels which is a plus. The kitchen facilities are well stocked and generally ok. There is also an elevator to get to your room (and parking if you drove) #3: Info on how to check in is comprehensive, well thought through and provided prior to check in. Also, there is a WhatsApp number you can text messages to, and get replies on. Very good support

Only 2 negatives: The Wifi is available, but very unreliable. It frequently disconnects and is generally slow. The 2nd negative is the building itself is quite old, so you can hear the tenant in the floor above walking about.

A happy and memorable stays for 4 nights in Interlaken.

The apartment is clean and cozy. The kitchen is spacious and clean. The cooking utensils are clean and new and we, as guests should be a responsible and considerate person to make sure everything is used and cleaned. Everything is just beyond our expectations. The host responded to our request for a repair of the toilet heater very fast and gave us a temporary portable heater. The apartment is strategically located to the Bahnhof, Coop and even the Christmas market. We have a memorable stay here. Auf Wiedersehen Interlaken!

If the sofa can be covered with a sofa cover to make it more presentable, just a suggestion 😊. Besides that everything is perfect 👍👍👍

The Apartment is close , and it has the best location in Interlaken I would say , it's spacious clean and good and quite and they also give me interlaken card for transfer but already had swiss pass , downstairs are good pizza and halal food

Only Downfall Is NO ELEVATOR AND ITS ON 3RD FLOOR, WE HAD 6 BIG LUGGAGE AND I HAD TO CARRY WITH MY FATHER , EVEN I GOT EXHAUSTED think ABT MY FATHER
