We loved the location (playground and paragliders) and the overall atmosphere. Mr Mario welcomed us and explained everything, also he was always available on WhatsApp. We had a fully functioning kitchen and washing machine, and fans (in case the weather is hotter than the average).
Nothing that could not be worked out but be aware that the bathtub is not working, you can have a shower only, and its a challenge to enter the bathtub (where the shower is located). Also, there is no tv (not an issue for us). On the balcony is an ongoing construction. The utensils are heavily used.

Very spacious, good location. Mario was a very pleasant host and always replied quickly.
Maybe AC needs to be installed as it gets very hot since the sun faces the apartment. Bathroom shower is hard to get into and has a very bad smell from the drain when being used. Needs to be fixed.

Extremely good location, neat and clean, self check in but very prompt reply of messages. Good facilities. Super comfortable stay.
