Location is great and probably a better stay in the cooler months.

The location is pretty ideal and the balcony overlooking the park is spectacular!

There was air conditioning per the listing, but we weren't able to manage the settings. I believe there is only one split unit in the living room and the loft bedrooms do not receive any of this air as far as I could tell. When we arrived all of the window blinds were open, and the space was already quite hot from the sun shining in. We could not get the bedrooms below 86 degrees Fahrenheit the first night despite having fans and supposed air conditioning. We reached out the owners and they suggested we go to the mountains or swim (not possible at night) and that we close all of the window coverings to prevent the space from getting overheated (I wondered why they had them all open when we arrived if they understood this was culprit for the overheating). They did bring another fan and suggested this was atypical air conditioning in Interlaken and that we should be thankful that we had it considering the heat wave.

Bedrooms are very small with low hight Privacy in rooms is bad in terms of visibility and sound No place for the luggage in the bedrooms No elevator (difficult to move the luggage) A lot of insect in the balcony Smell is bad One of the bathrooms is extremely small you cannot change your cloths inside Zero services, you have to clean your apartment and wash the towels

Central location and nice facilities (other than the low ceiling in the loft - wife smacked her head a couple of times). Easy to get keys and check in.

It was a bit smaller than I had expected, and the bunk beds were not in their own room, but rather just in the entryway to the unit.

Great home base for exploring the Berner Oberland! It was walkable to both train stations and located next to a really nice park. There were great views out the windows of the living room. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

Great Location and Comfortable Size

Great location, very comfortable. All the shopping and restaurants are nearby. The big lawns are just opposite with a children's play area about 3-4 mins walk. Lovelyu to see paragliders from out of your window in the day.

No lift. I needed to take all our bags up to the apartment. Would prefer a dedicated space for at least a stroller on the ground floor (if possible) since we would go out at least 2 times a day and carrying the stroller twice up and down was a little exhausting.

-magnificent view -well furnished apartment -highly recommended for long stay -perfect location -nice staff -clean, except for few things are mentioned in the dislike. -available parking on site -helpful staff -I’ll definitely book it again for future visit to Interlaken.

-bathrooms vents are very weak it doesn’t suck any humidity and bad smells. -one of the bed linen sheets smells like urine. -Wi-Fi is very weak. -upper windows are not allowed to be used and two of them are not working. -dirty fans I had to clean each fan for 20 minutes. -during arrival three lights weren’t working, but the host sent someone to fix them immediately. -not soundproofed

The location is superb!! combination of very close to all things (eating, sightseeing, public transport, shopping) and yet a quiet place to enjoy the day. The host/owner Olya & michael also very help full and easy to reach out.

Someone is a great photographer

the location is wonderful. There is a park right outside and you can watch the para-sailors glide and land. it is really quite beautiful

The first thing you will notice as you walk in are the bunk beds with a curtain. Next, you will find one of the many fines that you will incur if you do not “respect their way of thinking”. If there is water on the bathroom floor- 500CHF fine, lost key-500CHF fine, If the kitchen is not cleaned before you leave 500CHF fine. We were uncomfortable the entire time not know what might constitute one of these hefty fines. This property is listed as two bedrooms. I had figured that would be perfect for three adults to get some privacy. This is NOT TWO BEDROOMS. There is an open loft and a set of bunk beds that have a curtain in front of them. The other thing to note is there are several beams ithe loft area. My husband got his head pretty hard forgetting the “watch your head sign” while getting up too fast out of bed. I am 5’4 and I had to duck enter the loft each night. That is not a super pleasant night of sleep trying to remember not to hit your head as you make your way down the steep steps to the bathroom in the middle of the night. We had decided to book based off of the wonderful reviews, access to the kitchen for cooking (too afraid to use for fear of not cleaning it well enough on vacation), have one area together and privacy, and a washer and dryer. Trying to wash our things on the last night was disastrous as the washer failed several times and the dryer took unreasonably long. The photographs are of the apartment, but notice that they are zoomed in enough to not get a sense of the space. It is really quite cramped feeling.

location was the biggest asset of this property. can chess everything in Interlaken from here. also the balcony along the length of the apartment with its view of mountain and a park was amazing!
