Everything was great for our family Very good apartment almost fully equipped (except NO AC and the weather was hot, however opening windows with the fans work fine), great location and very helpful staff (Anna) Highly recommended for families

Great location! New furniture, cozy terrace with summer chairs and family table. 5 min by walk to city center, 15 min walk to train station. Perfect owners. Super professional and warm friendly

I liked that the unit had a washer/dryer but the dryer didn't dry thoroughly. You had to put a small about of clothes in (1/3 capacity) and either had to run it twice or take the clothes out to hang dry the rest of the way. A very time consuming process.

The check-in process was a bit outdated in that we had to meet a person, within a very limited time frame, and were not able to use a lock-box system. They were strict on meeting times and not flexible at all. I found this odd especially since dealing with vacationers and delayed trains, etc. I also asked repeatedly via WhatsApp about the location of the trash bag liners and received no response so we had to use our own shopping bags as trash. Not what I'd expect for the price we paid.

Initially I was skeptical to book this flat due to lack of reviews. After I checked in I got to know how well the flat is maintained, chaos free, too homely and wanted to extend my stay which was impossible. This is my genuine review and even my kids loved to stay as we could commute easily everywhere . On a scale of 10 I would give 10/10 for the beautiful house, friendly , helpful and supportive staff. If I plan again to Swiss my first priority would be this lovely flat at Interlaken. Booked it for a decent price at a wonderful location. Wish to come back. Thank you so much 👍.
