I thought the apartment was in an amazing location and was the perfect size for 5 girls. We were able to cook, eat around the table, watch TV, and all sleep comfortably in the provided beds. It was very easy to get into the apartment and the hosts were very communicative and ready to help if we had any requests. Overall a great experience.

The stay was fantastic. Highly recommended for families.

The house is located at a very good location, connected by public transport to the city rail and bus stations. The house itself was very well maintained and was a very comfortable stay for someone visiting with family. The hosts are amazing. They left instructions which were extremely easy to follow to reach the house and to get the keys. The hosts were kind enough to check-in periodically how we were doing and if we required anything. I would highly recommend booking accommodation with them especially, if you are visiting with family. I would definitely stay here again if I go back!

The lovely apartment to stay in, and we will recommend this to our friend.

We loved everything provided in this apartment. Very clean, and complete facilities. We got everything we need here. The room was also very spacious, we family of 6 can all together in living room for having meals, chatting and watching tv. The kitchen also very clean and the facilities we need were in place. Including washing machine and set of ironing available here.

There was nothing that we did not like here. All is perfect.

A good and quiet location, but amenities could be better provided for

Very responsive and helpful hosts, good location, comfortable beds

Toaster didn’t work, heating took very long to warm the room up, lights were quite dim. there also wasn’t a hoover around in the house for cleaning up

A comfortable & centrally located apt that made our stay memorable!

1. Well equipped, especially washing machine and dryer! (rare find) 2. Well located - property on ground floor, about 20-25 mins slow walk with luggage from Interlaken OST train station, 10-15 mins from Interlaken West train station … faster of course, without luggage. 3. Easy access to shops , restaurants & supermarkets (Coop) 4. Responsive owners (Olya quickly resolved the apt’s internet issue within 24 hours from reporting)

Nothing major. As the apartment has a loft , part of the “downstairs” can be a little dark. Perhaps to invest 1-2 standing lamps to brighten up the area?

Very Good stay at Interlaken

Good location. Grocery shops, restaurants, etc are nearby at walkable distance. Kids liked staplebed a lot. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 2 days. We faced issues of Hot water after 10 AM for one of day. It could be due to over usage by us. Owner is very helpful.. immediately responded for issue.

Best location and good stay.

Had a great stay. Olaya was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions and parking space also was very convenient. Cozy room and felt like home. No words to express the location of the property. Although we had a car, there was not a single day where we had to drive for any basic needs like food, supermarket, nearby attractions etc. car was only needed to cover the attractions / places that are not nearby.

Living room should be equipped with mirrors and pillows can be made better. Lights are very dim and can be improved.

I loved everything about this property, from check in to check out, cleanness, comfort, location, you name it, everything was just perfect.

The only area of improvement could be to have but more coffee and water for the guests, as I had to buy that few times in my stay.

Disappointing

Location was super nice, Host was nice when I asked for help for the parking, There is a full equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryers which are very useful when doing road trips and having a long journey.

The discerption of this property is "The apartment features 2 bedrooms, " this would -by definition- means two separate rooms. This is not the case, This is a big duplexed studio, the ground floor consists if a living area and a bunker bed "separated from the living area by curtains, and the next floor is accessed by an internal staircase where you would find a big bed. To me this is not a proper description of the property, the pictures placed makes it challenging to figure all of this out specifically if you are on the road and figuring out where are you staying on the same night . We got yelled at when we were checking out for using the parking, although we asked to use the parking and asked for the payment link, we were in a hurray so we didn't really give it much thought but in addition to the wrong description and the disappointment this was a really bad ending.

the staff IS EXCEPTIONAL !!! they are SO KIND ! very kind stuff , they let me check in before 3 , and also they let me checkout after 10 ! , I also have delayed like I checked out at 11:45 , but they was so kind ! also I broke one glass and I told them they told me it was totally okay ! I LOVED the stuff I liked staying there SO MUCH !!! , about the apartment: 1- VERY GOOD LOCATION 2- VERY CLEAN APARTMENT 3- total equipments and all you need to live is there , kitchen ( full equipped) , laundry, iron , 4- VERY SAFE APARTMENT, because the big door with a password, so no one can enter big door , so it’s safe to stay

Big living space. Bunk beds were big enough for 4. clean and minimal decoration as shown in photos. Apartment was on ground floor. They gave instructions for check-in and parking spot before arrival day. kitchen was well equipped with ingredients like oil, sauce and so on. laundry with detergent and dryer. big upper floor bed with fan.

In our opinions, the bathroom was too small for this size of apartment.

the apartment was beyond organized and clean, well equipped as we found everything we needed in it! it's very modern, comfortable and clean!

i wish the two bedrooms were completely separate from each other as that would provide more privacy ! and the pillows were too thin and uncomfortable, other than that everything was perfect
