Good stay, great location. Management should make minor changes to improve stay.

Great location close to the train station and restaurants . Property is modern and clean. Has a washer and dryer . Bettina was very nice and had a lot of suggestions.

1) They do not provide body wash soap or shampoo at all 2) There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms do not have an attached bath. One bedroom is open with a screen , the one with bunk beds has a door, the main bedroom has a glass door without any curtain over the door and hence no privacy. 3) They keep a 350-500 Swiss francs for incidental damage that is released after they physically come and check the property. 4) A little pricey

Strange.

Spacious and location.

We booked the property because of the high reviews and we had high expectations. Upon entering the unit the open closet for coats was turned into a storage place for cleaning stuff like brooms and vacuum cleaner, very unsightly. The decor of the unit looks like they were all discarded stuff, the leather chairs were all peeling, plastic plants and flowers randomly scattered look tacky. Old TV, (smart TV are common now)and remote needed new batteries. Refrigerator had a funny smell. Coffee machine was old and we were not able to figure out how to make it work. We called and informed host but no one came. Also, there’s 3 of us and we booked for 4D3N and they provided us 3 tiny bottles of shampoo which won’t even be enough for one head of hair. 😂 I am mentioning this coz it was in the amenities listed that they were to provide soap and shampoo. The unit was furnished haphazardly without any thoughts nor concerns for guests comfort and for aesthetic value. There is also a funeral service parlor at the entrance of the building, it did not bother us but other guests just might.

الموقع ممتاز - الشقة بالدور الثاني و فيه مصعد - مجهزة بلوازم الاجهزة ( مثل صابون الملابس و الاواني ) - المساحة كبيرة

العيوب : 1- ترسلهم مايردون غالبا😅 2- وقت التشبك اوت الساعة 10 ص ولا عندهم امكانية لترك الحقائب 3- احد الجيران وضع كيس قمامته امام باب الشقة 4- لايوجد اي خصوصية في غرف النوم
