Heyko Holiday Interlaken

My wife and adult daughter and I stayed 4 nights. What really made our stay wonderful was the quality of the apartment, its location and the property manager. The very clean and inviting apartment is a 2 minute walk from the Interlaken West train station. We ventured out to neighboring towns by train for various activities making the location perfect. Across the street was a very nice grocery store which allowed us to make our own breakfasts and pack snacks for our daily ventures. Numerous restaurants were in the neighborhood as well. The property manager was great. We had a few questions during our stay and the manager was very responsive, welcoming and kind. The washer and dryer including the detergent were also a welcome benefit as we were able to do laundry during our stay and depart with all clean cloths for our last few days in Switzerland. As travelers know, Switzerland is an expensive country overall and relative to rental properties, this was a very cost effective rental especially for its location and facilities.

We stayed at the end of June 2026 when the temperatures were unseasonably high. Like most rentals, this apartment didn’t have air conditioning. However, the property manager had provided quality fans that made things very comfortable.

Beautiful, new property with everything you can ask for in a holiday apartment. It’s better than what the pictures depict. Right behind the interlaken west train station with ease of access to all local dining areas & shops. The cherry on top is the host who purchased a portable air conditioner for the apartment at short notice following our request and approved late checkout without a complaint.
