It had a beautiful view from our balcony, Not enough words to thank Jules!!!

Breakfast was not an option, but we had a kitchen. Had a couple issues, but they were solved quickly by our fantastic host Jules. She was so kind when helping us figure everything out. The view from our balcony was exactly as we expected. I would recommend this property to anyone who would will be visiting the area! Thank you Jules for making our visit so easy to enjoy!!! Pamela

I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, and I would gladly stay here again.

We loved the location , the view from our room and also the surrounding streets. Everything was a short walk away, shops, buses, trains, restaurants.

Nice location near the rail station. But facilities can be improved.

The bathroom floor is too slippery, the dish washer was not working, I was not able to locate the switch to turn on the lamp over the center table + you bang your head on the lamp everytime you get up.

The only issue we had was check-in/out times, 4pm - 10am, we thought these were a little short considering the money we were paying and compared to hotels which are usually 3pm-11/12 the next day. Nothing bad to say bar this

Location, central and quiet, view

Was surprised that if you load the laundry, you can’t take your clothes out until the machine is done washing and drying them , then at 10 pm electrical power automatically turns off to avoid noise in the building and you have to wait till next morning for the machine to finish the cycle- took more than 3 hours. Good thing we did not have to leave next day… and the staff could not help.

I loved the location, very convenient to the Main Street and great places to eat were all within walking distance.

The Washer, Dryer combo, did wash fine, but forget about drying your clothes in the dryer. It was not good. Better to wash the clothes and hang them out to dry, they will definatley dry faster.

I liked interlaken itself

I did not like the price, i did not like the extra charges like the cleaning expense (we were there for 1 night and we did not caused that much of mess), i did not like the amount it should be held as a collateral against any damages :) (these were alot of expenses for 1 night :) ) I also did not like that the way from the apartment to the station and the shopping street was very dark after sunset, i was kind of scared to walk alone at night to the supermarket, but then there were lights in the streets after the station. All the best :)

Superb

Beautiful view, spacious room, good location close to the west train station. We walked there from the train station with our bags and it was really easy to find. Would recommend to stay here rather than a hotel so you can save money on meals, given the extremely expensive price of average meals. There is a Coop supermarket in walking distance.

There is a washing machine but no washing detergent provided. Not enough toilet paper or towels provided (we had to buy more toilet paper). Apartment got really hot during the summer and would benefit from having an aircon. Pillows were really lumpy.

The place is quite spacious and convenient. A fully equipped kitchen and washer dryer is available.

The bed and pillow is quite soft, could have been better. The bathroom and toliet exhaust fan is very noisy when activated automatically.

feels like home. Spacious for two. It has everything we need from washing machine to utensils for cooking. the view from the apartment was also nice, you get to watch sunset from balcony. It has elevator which is easy to bring our luggage in and out. close to train station maybe 5-7 minutes walk with luggage from Interlaken West.

Exceptional

The apartment located near to the train station and Coop supermarket. It was new, clean, neat, and spacious. The kitchen had everything you need such as refrigerator, cooktop, pan, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, salt and pepper, etc.The room was secure and easy to access with an elevator. There was washing machine and hair dryer in the room too. There were 3 parking lots in front of the building and another larger one was 2 mins apart. Staff were very nice. He’s very helpful and quick response.

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location which you looked forward to going home to every day.

Alex’s apartment is exactly as the photos describe and EVEN MORE! His apartment is very convenient to walk everywhere for sightseeing (as well as convenient for public transport) and just a few minutes walk away for shopping, groceries and places to eat/drink. It is in a very safe neighbourhood and it is extremely peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was super clean, beautifully decorated, very spacious and had all the amenities I needed and more! Check-in and check-out was extremely easy. Communication with Alex was excellent and he’s always at hand to answer any questions that you may have. Alex was very thoughtful in welcoming me with a large bottle of water in the fridge as well as plenty of Nespresso capsules/tea. The combination of a beautiful apartment, perfect location and an exceptional host will assure you that your stay in Interlaken is wonderful and memorable. I highly recommend Alex’s apartment and would definitely stay here again when I return to Interlaken.

Fab location, lovely apartment

Very spacious apartment with all the amenities you would need. Ideal location and so quiet on an evening. Close to the town for shopping or eating out if you wish. Communication from Alex was clear and precise, no issues at all.
