Wonderful stay - thank you!

Good location, just a short walk to Interlaken West station and nearby supermarket. The apartment was lovely - very comfortable, spacious, excellent kitchen and laundry facilities. Great communication and easy check instructions. The staff were super helpful.

Very minor detail, but it was a little too warm in the apartment (despite turning things off). We just opened sliding door to cool apartment.

Very spacious, and the host was very responsive. They also had luggage storage facility to go sightseeing after check out.

no air condition no flyscreen if some one whants to open the window no privecy specilly first and ground floor chech -in and chech -out is not fair chek in at 4 pm and chek out at 10 am is not fair at all The hotel office is very far away from the apartment difficult to reach esely

We like the rental company & apartment, but next time we will choose a different location.

The rental process was very easy. The keys were easy to obtain and the hosts provided very detailed and easy to follow instructions. The apartment was very spacious, clean and in immaculate condition when we arrived (looked like a brand new apartment). The location was very close to the Interlaken West train station which made it easy to catch a bus and a large supermarket which was convenient for grocery shopping.

We didn't like the noise from the parking below the apartment. The apartment shares space with a gas station and convenient store which results in a lot of people arriving in the morning for coffee, or late at night for quick snacks or beverages. People tend to congregate in the parking area below the apartment which makes it very noisy in the evening. Also, the beds weren't that comfortable and the rooms were hot since there wasn't any air conditioning in the apartment. We left the windows open, but then it was too noisy (due to the issue I noted). Finally, there was some sewage back-up in the pipes resulting in a very bad smell in one of the bathrooms.

Very clean and well equipped. Very spacious. Walking distance to town centre.

Located just above a Petrol station and a convenience store and next to a main noisy road. Difficult to sleep if you have to open the windows of your bedroom as there is not air conditioning in the flat. Constant traffic noise till quite late at night.

كانت الشقة بدون افطار وكنت على علم بهذا ولكن يوجد كل ادوات الطبخ فالمطبخ والشقة راقية جدا وجميلة والاهم النظافة كانت نظيفة جدا انصح بها والموقع هادىء بعيد عن المحلات
