Overall it is a very nice place, I would recommend friends& family.
Walking distance to train station & food store is just below the apartment.
There should be a little firmer pillow, not all guest like soft & thin pillow. Basic necessary kitchen items, such as paper towel should be provided.

Luxury and modern with parking lot and supportive staff of the rental office. This is my second stay in this apartment building

Great location, great apartment to stay in !
Great location ... Apartment situated at quiet corner of Interlaken West yet within short walking distance to train stations, amenities (big Migros Supermarket, restaurants and cafe, convenient stores and all tourist shops !
Need to check in at the office which is at Interlaken Ost station - 1 train stop from Interlaken West where apartment is situated. Also need to deposit luggage after checkout at the office instead of at site near apartment. A bit challenging for family travelers like us with several big and heavy luggages to tow up and down of train and on rocky road surfaces.
