The washroom was really small and compact and not very clean. The laundry area is very dingy and dirty. stairs and carpet outside the apartment very very old and dirty. the whole apartment floor and ceiling extremely creeky. kitchen also not very clean.

Suitcases up the stairs is always fun but we knew this coming into the booking. Floors very noisey, felt bad for the people below us.

Comfortable stay with a great view

During the whole trip, communication was great and readily available. The apartment lived up to the photos in terms of the view. Breathtaking views when the mountains are visible. The apartment was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed staying there. Great location.

The shower was not as comfortable, especially for very tall people. The smell from the cooking of the apartments below lingered heavily in the third bedroom, which was a bit of a downer, but overall a nice place to stay.

Felt like Swedish accommodation . The building is old but very homely. It’s a 15 minute walk from train station using my google map. The scenery of the two rivers on our way is beautiful. From the lounge and dining area, the view is spectacular. I was happy that I was able to wash our dirty laundry. The kitchen got everything you need. Bedroom is cosy. The bathroom is ok. The shower area is small . If the bathtub is change to shower cubicle,it will be bigger space. We are not tall people but still felt small. Overall, our stay is very pleasant and good value of money. It’s worth checking the place.

The shower area is a bit small for a small person like me. If your 5’8 in above . It will be claustrophobic.

The view and Location and the garden with the smell of the Marijuana plant

The parking place is so narrow, the bathroom is dark dirty, the shower curtain is very dirty needed a replacement, the sink is leaking. The entrance is not presentable smells damp specially the carpet and oh my god the staircase is cracking it feels like it’s going to fall apart. Electrical issue there is a cable on running on suppose to be headboard of the bed. One of the bedroom is not prepared when we arrived and uppon checking the rooms smells damp and smells cigarrette. Only the view and the location is good on this Apartment. The room with the double deck bed is not safe the ceiling is so low and you could easily hit your head to the light, please consider the safety of your guests specially if there is children.

Chalet apartment with great location and views

Location was the best thing about the apartment Apartment had good amenities Rooms were big and great View from Balcony and apartment windows was great

Its an old chalet apartment with no lift should have mentioned this in the adv. Bathroom was old style needs modernisation parking was second apartment was a bit risky as it was tilted and could lead to driving on other side if one is not extra careful during reversing. I did damage my tyre and needed a replacement. Apartment was too expensive more that 400€ per day with wich owner can easily make lots of improvements to make vacation experience better for travellers.

Comfortable stay for family

We had a family of 4 and it was a fantastic choice for a 3 night stay. Communication with the owner was great. View from balcony was amazing. The beds were so comfortable and after a long day, that was so welcome! It’s a little bit of a walk from the middle of town, but we didn’t mind and made for a quiet neighborhood. Can walk to the West train station with no problem. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything is perfect for the family. The accommodation comes with full usable equipment. The living room is very big and the internet is so good.

The sound comes often when they have people staying upstairs. Even you stay at the accommodation, you will have to walk slowly to prevent the noise going downstairs.

Great stay and very helpful host

Wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. The host was very helpful and responded asap. The apartment is centrally heated and very warm inside. Just a 5 minute drive to the city. Even though the apartment looks a bit shabby from outside and in the stairs, the interiors are properly maintained. Wonderful stay for the family..

Nothing as such, only the squeaky noise from wooden flooring. But it was not that much of an issue.

Quiet well equipped apartment in Untersee for a big family

The room was in a quiet location in Untersee, 10 mins walk from Interlaken West HB. The apartment was very well equipped and quite spacious.

The bathroom/toilet is slightly small but just about fine. The chimney in the kitchen was not functional.

Perfect Interlaken holiday apartment!

Really good apartment in a great location in Interlaken. Walking distance from the town. Big and spacious throughout with a great view from the balcony. The apartment has everything you need from cooking to laundry to make your stay super easy and convenient. We loved it.

Shower was a little snug for anyone over 6ft! But it didn’t put me off using it, just had to be careful of hitting my head.

Very nice apartment but due to the place popularity you may have unpleasant neighbours.

An apartment is very nice and well equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

The last night and the morning of departure we had very loud neighbours, who talked all the time and cooked something smelly.
