the owner of this apartment turned out to be a fraudster

Messaged the owner several times previously had no answer turned up too the apartment on the day and found somebody living there 5 of us with no where too stay had no option but too sleep in a service station car park still not got money back

It was horrible, the worst stay. We will report this accommodation as it needs to be removed from any rental websites. Very Dirty, food leftovers in freezer and inside cubboards, appliances broken (sink broken away from walls in the toilet, soaking wet towels left on racks…), no bed sheets for the beds in the living rooms, no internet, no wifi and most critically it was electrically unsafe: exposed wires on the boiler unit. The add does not reflect the reality. Stay away and avoid.

We are very disappointed. When we arrived the apartment was nothing less than filthy. The toilet was not properly cleaned, the sheets were clammy, the towels only thrown in the beds and also in an unhygienic state. The electricity in the living room was not properly working the batteries of the remotes were missing so that the TV couldn't be turned on. The kitchen was dreadful. But worst of all it was icy cold and the heaters did not work. We were looking so forward to our stay and we're utterly disappointed to find the apartment in a state we never could have stayed in and immediately left. We were to disgruntled and disappointed to contact you on the weekend and didn't had the energy or the want to cloud or weekend any further to even bother to try and contact you. But since we didn't stay in the apartment (which is obvious and was also told to FeWo-Direkt) we want our money back. If you are not able to help us we will contact --------

Mohammed, our host, was responsive and did all he could to make sure our arrival went well. Be aware of the parking rules. There is on street parking but the town is very strict on timings. The will tow you away if you overstay.
