amazing location and apartment, the host was also super helpful and kind

Lots of cobwebs and some areas weren’t well finished. The couch could use replacing and the TV makes a strange noises, but these were only minor issues.

Great location for a short city trip weekend!

Location was great, very quickly in the city center. Spacious room, good bed upstairs. Clean bathroom and great small balcony.

The kitchen amenities weren’t that so complete as described. Only a few glasses/mugs and plates, no wine glasses or something like that, however there was enough for the 3 of us. Also a strange thing was that we reserved for 3 persons but then had to make the sofa bed ourselves with sheets from the closet and pillows from the upper bedroom. Quality of the sofa bed was fine though.

Great apartment at a great location. Easy to find, next to a parking garage (20 euros per day) and satellite area. Close to the train station as well. The apartment gave me the feeling of being "home," and that's what I like most. It has all that you need and it was clean and had all you can need. The host is very kind and clear on structures and tips about the city. It's definitely a place to stay alone, as a couple or even a small family. Surely is a favorite for me to stay from now on.

The only small detail that I would have liked is a bigger bed. The 2 person bed felt more like 1.5 person bed than a normal 2 person bed. A bit more.room would be nicer for full comfort

Great location—close to Central Station and walkable to the old city center. Spacious and comfortable mezzanine apartment with AC, which was perfect during a heatwave. Staff (cleaning team) was friendly and accommodating, allowing early luggage drop-off.

No hot water available for showering that evening, which couldn’t be resolved in time.

Clean, spacious and right next to the station

It was a very spacious appartement right in the center of Antwerp. Only a 5 minute walk from central station. Very clean and well equipped kitchen and nicely decorated. Excellent place to stay with a family or group of friends.

On the website it said that the bedroom had a twinbed and a sofabed. However the appartement only had a bed in the bedroom and the sofa was in the living room. Also the picture on booking does not match the exact appartement we had, it is probably one of the others in the building.

Friday when we arrived their was No checklist so you dont know how many glasses, forks, knife you suppose to / have /receive. The main room had no clean bedsheets. Sofabed wasnt clean. Their was no kitchen towel no badroom carpet smells cigarette..No elavator.

An effective accommodation located in the heart of Antwerp, if you can leave comfort on the side

Luxury Suites Castel is situated within the proximity of Antwerp Central Station, the biggest train station of the city. It is also located within the proximity of the diamond center and the shopping street of Antwerp. I took advantage of the location of Luxury Suites Castel a lot during my stay. Despite the fact that the house is basically covered in dust and old kitchen appliances, the size of the accommodation is something to be enjoyed. The airconditioning system has helped me get through the warm days. The housekeeping lady is nice and helpful, if you don't mind being linguistically challenged by having to translate what you want to say by using a translator.

1. Cleanliness The whole apartment was basically covered in dust, from the front door all the way to the kitchen, living room. The bedroom was okay, but the bedroom has its own problem. There are rugs in different places on the living room, none of them are functional and all of them are dusty and dirty. I found out that there is a giant water/stain mark on the sofa couch, and they did nothing but to cover the sofa with a thin polyester blanket. 2. Lack of amenities There are no properly functioning pan. The dishwasher worked once and it never turned back on again ever since. I appreciated that they have provided some complimentary tea bags. However, I cannot use it because the teabags are also dusty and moldy. Some of the cooking pans are corroded, and barely usable. And there is no wine bottle opener!! In my opinion, any decent place will at least provide you with a simple wine bottle opener The two things that worked the way it should be in the kitchen room are the dining table and the fridge, and I am glad it functioned 3. The windows are hard to open. The bedroom's window could not be shut.

in summer it’s quite hot and the air conditioner cannot be turned out all the time, it automatically turn off after some time say about 15 min. no lift and you have to carry your luggage all the way up to your unit.

first of all the pictures on this listing don’t match with the apartment. very misleading listing. if they have many apartments, they should list them separately. then it was smell of smoking - awful to live with kids. then shower was broken - couldn’t do shower. The fridge was not working - just wasted out foods. booking.com should remove this add immediately.
